Love Mr. Sidearm! Simple and easy to understand. One point- Origin is defined at the mediat end of the muscle and in section the distal end.
+Michael Walker The Origin in most cases is the portion of the bone that does not move, The insertion moves towards the origin during a muscle contraction.
