You are totally right with brussel sprouts! Though I think it is the same for all veggies. Kids hate them because most people don't know how to cook them. I see so many people who just boil them and serve as is. No seasoning or anything to improve the flavor. Even just salt adding salt and pepper goes a long way to making a lot of veggies taste a lot better.
Might try your breakfast cake for dessert one time, so easy to make. Maybe it's just me but the berries have to fresh. Btw soft boiled eggs are really hard to peel for me as well, so don't worry about it. :)
ok so this might just be me but im also recovering from an ED and im so emotional and hormonal? do you realize that it's so much easier for you to break down in tears now cause same lol
Yes omg like not always but I've had weeks where I'm emotional and like honestly I lowkey love it ahaha like after feeling empty emotionwise for so long it felt so good to wanna cry over vampire diaries or something stupid ahahaha
Loved this video!! Always love to find super healthy and delicious-looking recipes 💜💜ps I was literally eating baked brussel sprouts while watching...sooo fcking good ahahaha
Hey, honestly that's very personal and depends on what suits each individual! For me 5am would have been detrimental as I need at least 8-9 hours sleep (your brain needs rest) from so much studying and training. I woke up at 7am in year 12! (And went to bed around 10:30) On a school day I would - get up at 7 and leave home at 7:20 ish (i'd literally eat something in the car/ my parents dropped me at the station on their way to work) get a train around 7:30 and get to school for 8am, study in the library for one hour before my first class - learn/ study in all my classes/ free periods/ lunch times - stay after school in the library for an hour or 2 (depending what time training started that day) - study on the train to training - training was around 5:30-7:30 - get home/ eat dinner/ more study/ sleep
I love your videos but the way you talked about that little piece of chocolate during breakfast was quite triggering tbh 🥺 it’s not unhealthy to have a piece of chocolate
ahh I'm so sorry I didn't mean for that to be triggering ahh! :( I'm honestly so sorry, I wasn't thinking I was kinda just explaining that for me it was a treat but I should have thought that it could be triggering. You're right, being balanced and in a good relationship with food is healthy, mostly unprocessed wholefoods and some soul foods too. I'm so sorry :(
Omg you have no idea how much i adore you ! Although i am like 25 but you inspire me to do so much better in my life 💜
