    Corby.... My Brother lived and died in Easington Lane.
    1955 = 2017
    The lane was a hell of a place to be brought up.

    My dad and family Danny Napper lived in around Easington Lane and Hetton Le Hole before setting of to Tring in Hertfordshire. My father was a trainee butcher and his father worked in the colliery. I went to have a look around there in the early 90's. Looked like a ghost town with the shops closed due to the deprivation due to lack of employment since the colliery closed down.

    My great uncle Jimmy Croft ran the boxing place in the lane,,, I’m the granddaughter of the late billy croft,,, who married Doris Ellis from south Hetton
