Luther's voice was an instrument within itself. I only saw Luther perform live once when he was the lead singer of the group Change before he went solo back in 1980 at The Sports Arena in Los Angeles. How I wish that I had an opportunity to see him live sfter he went solo, but I'll always cherish my memories of seeing him perform in any capacity ❤️
Unreal how incredible this man was. If only artists could sing live like Luther.

Isn't that just the greatest, complementary thing, that one could do, to demonstrate to another man, your love of his voice... Hall, simply rolled around, then, had paralysis.... Owe, wow....🧡
This man is a doctor, this man sure is a doctor...
That man, Dr Luther Vandross, truly was a Doctor of Music....
I miss him so much. Such a beautiful voice. Unique, never to be replicated. R.I.P. Gone far, far too soon.
Behold... A Vocal "ICON"
