This one has really impressed me and I wasn't quite expecting it to be so great. Now I don't want to even move on to my next moisture to review because I love this stuff so much 😍
The reason why this is (and will likely stay for a long while) my favorite moisturizer is because it’s LITERALLY a superior version of CeraVe moisturizers, having all the ingredient benefits that cerave has and more, which is something I’ve never seen in a moisturizer before.
I want to say thank you for recommending the Saturday Skin Waterfall Glacier Water Cream for acne prone skin. I just got it yesterday and am loving it! I appreciate any and all acne friendly recommendations! I’ll use it to mix with my new Twyneo and 15% Azelaic Acid from the dermatologist to help my skin adjust. Anyways thanks again!
Oh that makes me so happy to hear! Saturday Skin can be hit or miss, but the Waterfall Glacier Cream is one of their best products yet. I wish all of their products were more acne prone and sensitive skin friendly. Thanks for the feedback, very helpful to hear what works and what doesn't.
I have been on the lookout for a new moisturizer. I have normal skin and I feel like this one dings all the ingredients goodness ticks that my face skin has been searching for. I went straight to your YS link, pushed add to cart and checked out. All in less then 2 minutes. 😂 Also tonight will be the first time I’m using tretinoin. I went with your recommendation and signed up for Altreno. It’s this kind of thing that gets me excited for the sun to go down real fast so I can do my night time routine. After I acclimated with it I’m planning on trying Agency’s ‘Rx only’ dark spot remover that has hydroquinone. Thank you for all your suggestions and thorough research and advice. You are a golden gem. Also your face, hand & neck is just gorgeous and glowy every day in every lighting. I want my skin to get to that point. 😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤩
Oh thank you so much for all your kind comments, you made my day! I can't wait for you to get to try both the altreno and the yam milk cream! Your first few weeks using altreno I'd recommend applying it between a good serum and a thick moisturizer (the isntree one is perfect for that). If your skin gets dry at all skip a night or two. I hope you have as good of luck with it as I did. About 1 and a half years into altreno and I'm still so happy with it.
I was excited to see your review of this! The ingredients list is just so good, I'm really happy to hear this got a 10/10! I plan on picking this up in my next stylevanna/yesstyle order.
Just love, love, love this stuff! I can tell it's becoming a fast favorite because I don't want to put it down to test my next product out! How is everything going for you, hope things are going well, 🙏🤞😇
@@NOBSBeauty we have standing appointments every Tuesday for clodagh's chemo, she's doing well! But man Prednisone is making life difficult. She's been on it for almost 4 weeks and her appetite cannot be satiated, I drug her with benadryl at night so the insomnia doesn't bother her too much, and me😅. She's also feeling the need to walk at a super fast pace, she doesn't meander around sniffing everything like she always does. Her lymph nodes were absolutely massive at her first appointment and now they're reduced by well more than 50%, she's more energetic than she's been in years thanks to the Prednisone, and is a happy girl other than technically having cancer in her lymphs. Her blood work was still excellent at her last appointment so we're just taking it day by day. They said the first few weeks would do chemo weekly but then it would switch to more spread out. I look forward to driving a bit less because we have to drive an hour through an area called tugill plateau to see her vet which is the snowiest part of the state that gets +200 inches of snow a year. Tough time of year to drive through there weekly but our vet is great and I'm thankful for that!
@@NOBSBeauty I want to get this sooooo bad but my only worry is the soy. It seems that soy is at the bottom of the list. Do you think this has a lot soy in it?
Thanks again for another amazing review that comes just on time! You look more stunning each day! For anyone out there that has tried the Illiyoon ato cream, how does it compare? Winter is approaching and my beloved Illiyoon cream is not giving me enough moisture, will this be a step up? Have a gread day ❤
@@angelinebiswas7611 omg thank you so much, with so many products out there is just too hard to make the final choice, will try it for sure then! Have a great day ❤️
Happy Sunday Sarah 🥰 Looks like Ulta has Cocokind new peptide moisturizer. I was really curious about this but it looks like more of a gel cream than a heavier cream.
@@NOBSBeauty omg yes. I'm so curious about the new serum. I might get that. I did watch a video review of the cocokind peptide and the guy had to stop using it. He has acne prone skin and it made his acne worse.
@@NOBSBeauty what are your thoughts regarding the new peach slices serum and the cocokind peptide cream? I'm really thinking about getting the peach slices serum. I was really interested in the cocokind peptide cream until I read more about it. It looks like a really thin gel texture. I prefer creams over a gel cream.
They sell it for 16,16€ on Stylevana, which would be around 17,50 in dollars. For 80ml I think that's a great price. Especially considering that ceramides are rather expensive ingredients.
Watch out for sales! I NEVER pay full prices on anything on stylevanna or yesstyle. There are different codes you can add on top of the sales for crazy good deals! Black Friday is a great time of year for sales, always check around holidays. Sales aren't great after Christmas, new years and lunar new year but look again around valentine's day and easter! Stylevanna has better prices than yesstyle, but slower shipping I think, though both can be a bit slow. I hope you find stuff you want at good prices, good luck!
If you use the whole IsnTree Yam Root line, the cleanser, toner and the cream .. is that too much ceramide? I have combo skin. Not extremely dry except in winter I do need more.
I don't think that would be too much, especially if you have skin that tends to be on sensitive or occasionally dehydrated. I ended up liking the cleanser from this line a lot more than I initially did. The cream might be too much for the daytime for combo skin, but if you use it at night I think that would work well.
Oh yes- I'm impressed you noticed! I was in a car accident a few years ago and have a lot of back/neck issues since then. Lucky to be alive though so there's always that. I was thinking of making a chiropractor appointment since it;s been a while since my last visit.
@@NOBSBeauty Take Tumeric supplements (ask your doctor first). They're sold in the drug stores/Walmart/Amazon. The Qunol brand is one of the best. Also, Advil Liquid Gel Caps are great!
I have a question. Are they using wild yam root or sweet potato yam root? Wild yam root breaks down into estrogen & since I had an estrogen driven cancer, I stay away from these products.
It’s literally impossible to understand the texture of this with the tiny swatch you do lol. Either way, I saw this not too long ago is it supposed to be similar to snail mucin texture? I’m only 1/3 into the video so I’ll keep watching to see!
Well, as I can't try Paula's Choice Phytoestrogen Elasticity Renewal Serum ( Not Available In The UK ). I'm going to give Isntree Yam Root Cream a go instead. Yams makes me think of HRT. So, fingers crossed!
I just ordered the Stratia lipid gold and the interface moisturizer as a set it's called the egg bundle and it's onsale for 44$ and then Kelly Driscoll has a link and code and I got the set for 39.72 code KellyDris I think . I ordered the etude 2 x barrier cream and I am thinking about the Austra also gonna get around to making a Yestyle order for the Neogen high X cream if they will quit telling me my email is wrong 🤣 I was interested in the yam root too so I came back to this video but I wanted to let u know about the amazing Stratia deal if u need more it's less then 20$ for each item with that set and code and even without the code 44$ onsale Is good so I'm finally trying after so freaking long 🤣I still can't believe I haven't jumped on the band wagon and tried their products. O I really want to try that VT Reedle shot in the 100 version with my Revive EGF serum , I think it will be an interesting test even though I did hear it kinda hurt but u get use to it but I heard other people say they loved the feeling it was addictive and have the 2 times a week version the 300 version and the 1 time a week version 700 so idk but I think the 100 version u could do more times a week an add the EGF with it and get the results that the study talked about with the wrinkle improvement that suposedly egf won't give u with out the spicules and or micro needling alot .
That sounds like an awesome deal at Stratia! I got an email from them a few days ago and it kind of sounds like they might release another new product soon. They are one of a few brands where everything I try from them ends up being a winner- only a handful of brands I can think of are like this- Geek & Gorgeous, Stratia, and Regimen Lab. I'm going to have to try that Reedle Shot - I'm intrigued and anything that might be addictive must be a winner!! Going to go check it out right now!
@@NOBSBeauty Ooooo Yay !! I'm gonna order it too lol I am super intrigued just worried about the pain but hey beauty is pain . Just incase anyone is curious, there's different ingredients list regarding this product. I ordered because the ingredient list posted here says the glcine max ( soybean ) was at the bottom of the list....well its not 😢 I just got this cream and the ingredient list is different. Also something else that bothers me is there is a "Cautions for use " 1) if skin irritations ( rash, itching, or swelling) occur after using the product or sun exposure, seek immediate medical attention. 😮 but it states on the top of the box 📦 Clinically proven Non-irritating 🤔 idk but this product seems shady. Sadly I think I'm just going to return this. The different ingredient lists and that cautions for use is a red flag for me. I just found it odd for a moisturizer to have a seek immediate medical attention. 😳 I blame myself because I was already weary regarding different ingredient list. Lesson learned lol
it's not weird or bad to recommend medical treatment for allergic reactions 😂 something being tested as not irritating doesn't mean no one will ever have an allergic reaction, because there are so many things people are allergic to. that warning is usually included so they won't get sued if someone was dumb enough to not spot test and then has a horrible reaction on their entire face. and ingredient lists change. i feel like you're gonna have a hard time using any skincare if you worry about these things.
