Hmmm… are definitely some Cons about this controller. For me it’s the preloaded samples(just like you mentioned, “Fresh”&”aahhh” would have been perfect) and that fader sticking you can really hear when you scratch, the toggles could’ve also been under the pads,etc…. Overall the battle style layout and the up cross faders volume are separate and loose which you can scratch with also. It’s not really giving me the “Ahh” and “wow” I want but maybe if I bought and had some time with it, maybe it’ll prove me wrong. Overall, thanks for the review my brotha! Respect!

The Rane One does have eqs for the mics and aux
Now that you have had time to mess around the Rev 7. Which controller do you feel gives you more of a turntable scratching feel? The Rane one or the Rev 7?

I don't like when I beat juggling the platters will slowly lose track of the song. I can start with my sticker at 12 o'clock. In 30 seconds or less the start of the song is at 2 o'clock. Did I miss a firmware update or something? Is it just me with this issues?
Is it the video or do the cuts and scratches sound mono and not crystal clear stereo?
How's the scratch drag rane one vs rev 7>? Overall choice?
I like the Rev7 torque over the rane one with the standard slipmat but tbh It don't matter to me LOL

How’s the crossfader compared to the Rane one?
Its butter. I like it better than the rane one, however I would suggest replacing the slipmats or whatever its called for the rev7 because it helps with your scratching hand, lemme know what you think tho! hit me anytime @djparadime on IG peace and thank you for your support!

My crossfader is not having that issue
I dropped in some fader lube and it was good to go! How you like your rev7?

I heard you can send the controller back and they will fix it for you, havent done that yet but I will keep you updated!

I honestly feel less invested in most if not all DJ videos for the simple fact that there's background music, this isn't a channel specific gripe, but it's the real reason im not watching as many dj videos as id like to. It's distracting.
