    Mega Puyo Rush!
    Seriously. I can not be the only one getting Puyo Puyo vibes from some of these.

    Well, I've always enjoyed designing puzzles. Then one day someone made an open challenge to people to design a x24 chain without any swaps. So I did that... but soon became curious about what else was possible. Before I knew it, the Edit Mode transformed from a tool to create gameplay into a game itself.

    The link is dead and the site was replaced with a Chinese site. Does anyone have the 60fps file?

    Yeah, definitely interesting to watch.
    What inspired you to do that, anyway?

    3:43
    72 to fill - 15 empty spaces = 57 blocks
    Therefore:
    57 = 3 x 19

    This doesn't look like the snes version! Is it for a different system?

      There's a GameCube version included on a Japan-exclusive game called Nintendo Puzzle Collection.

      That site has been down a very long time indeed! Good memories though. :)
      I'll have to see if I can even find a copy of the video, I hope it is not lost to the ages.

    I thought it showed as "x?" after x14

    • @colour_thief
      @colour_thief  7 лет назад +3

      DrewPicklesTheDark That’s true on SFC/SNES, but this is the GC version and the fixed it.

      Hmm, I have the Puzzle Collection and I thought it did, perhaps that is maybe only in vs. mode.

      But x24 stops counting on SNES, such x25 not shows it, but still x4+ sfx jingles

    If used in battle, this would make a crap ton of Garbage Blocks.
