I gotta tell you man, I haven't been watching the youtube motorcycle stuff for a long time, I basically started right before I bought my '24 a couple of months ago just so I could see the new stuff (and now I"m addicted to all the cool content creators). Nothing against you at all, as I didn't know, but I didn't think I'd like your channel since I don't do a lot of performance stuff to my bikes. I change everything for comfort and what I think is cool aesthetic wise. However, watching your riding vids, and your vids with Cam, and Sandy and your club - that's what this culture is all about. Really dig your stuff and the vibe of the channel and definitely jealous all my buddies moved off or sold their bikes. Keep up the awesome vids, I'll keep watching.

Definitely do the heat barrier tape on the bottom of that saddlebag. Looks like the direction of the exhaust will catch the rear of the bag. On a long ride its gonna scorch it.

Hi Sandy larger bags look great, just my opinion you have to get a pipe and muffler with no up sweep you need as straight as possible and longer muffler looks a little weird .... cheers my friend

John, you will really like the Thrashin foot controls and floorboard ! I have the longer ones and really like it . the adjustable lower brake arm and shifter arm are amazing ! good choice !
I like the short exhaust systems but on Baggers they look the best when you can see the pipes coming out the back of the bike
Thrashin is way out of my budjet but, if you're going Thrashin, then you may as well look into Kruesi Originals (share the love). Can't wait to watch the build and finish videos you and Sandy are awesome to watch.
Bassani has a fantastic bark. The touring bags are what makes this bike.
We are going for a 10,000 mile trip around America from May to June. On a 114 Heritage Classic and Honda Goldwing. Hope you guys enjoy your trip too 🤙🏽
All that St needs isa longer rear fender to match the length of the bags. That would look so amazing....

Those bags are ‘14 up touring frame bags? Looks great. Never really liked the bags on the stock setup. Yes, throw some heat tape on outside and inside under the liner. You guys always make me smile 👍🏻😀

nice video of Sandy's bike.. John, since you're looking at Cycle Rama for your cam upgrade, look into the CR480MT.. it's their newest monster torque cam.. I have that on my 117 ST and love it.. awesome lobe and sounds mean with the D&D 2into1 I put on.. just a thought.. Trashin Supply makes amazing products. I have most of their products on my bike too. Can't wait to see what else you do on the bike.. good luck!

I like what you’re thinking- CR 483 Cam it just a nasty = best choppy cam plus Bassani pipe will be an amazing sound 🎉🎉🎉😅😮😊. Thrashin Supply Accessories on Black Jack will be a 1 Mean Bike ❤❤❤❤. If you will decide to use Bassani exhaust system will a tribute in honor of a giant and a genius in our Motorcycle Community Mr. Daryl Bassani who died a few months ago. Please try as many Cams and Exhaust systems as you can so that we can see the best results possible = what I mean is to see if any bike out there can beat the sound of our Beloved ❤❤❤ MadMax😅
We all run Bassani even my wife does. It’s either Bassani or it’s baloney now Sandy put that throttle body and bigger injectors in and you’ll really feel the power and break the 120 hp range 64 mm screaming eagle throttle body ported and polished intake 5.5 injectors, there’s a recipe for you.
Looks good, sounds good, lot of them look like the hpi & tbr pipe now but options are good!
Damn straight, no "caca poopoo" here in Jersey. If the heat is too much for that right bag ya might have to go with a shortie turn out b4 the bag, imho.

Interesting to see after a long trip at sustained highway speed, if the heat warps the bottom of the right bag! Maybe some heat reflective tape.
The bike looks good, but if it had some gloss black wheels it would look great! I made this change on my 23 RG Fast Johnnie, that also came with the brass wheels, changed to gloss black and the difference was night and day. I also have a 22 RG Limited in the Gunship gray and it came with gloss black wheels, and it looks great with that combination! Just my opinion, that brass clashes with gray.

John STAY WITH KW or do a D&D best power makers. BLOCKHEAD has a touring exhaust theyre making that makes killer power only making for softail and touring models tho BURNS is way I'd go if i were in your position tho honestly
Do the D&D billet cat carbon fiber in chrome. Great power and its mid length. Sounds like no other. Have it on my 22 road glide with 480mt cam. Great combo.

Two yrs ago is when I started making videos or making picture collage videos and putting them on my channel. Only took a few last year ( Laconia 100th and Niagara Falls) . That was my 2nd choice of cam... 3030 was all around a better choice as far as tq curve being throughout the whole rpm range than the 483. The 483 dont pull to redline like the 3030 does. It dies off quicker

Pipe is to short for a performance pipe great looking bike time to get a roadglide for your long trip

Thrashin bar's riser's foot controls hell ya!!!!!!!!!!!! Get the chrome Apex floor boards with the black heel extention chrome inner and outter shift levers with bleck toe shifter and black shift rod mix and match black and chrome didn't think of that did ya lol cool stuff brother!!

On the new bikes it has a safety feature if you put in gear and hold clutch in and wap the throttle itll be 1000× louder and choppier my mechanic told me that

His dyno #'s are terrible tho he's barely over stock with all he's had done. My 2023 with same cam and 55mm intake and 5.5 injectors made 122 and 133 SAE with a short 2-1 Gallop exhaust. As long as hea happy that's all that matters 💪🏼

I think the Bassani mid length doesn't produce the numbers a full length dose. The heavier the bike the more you'll feel it...
