Someone I played against had Frodo, Determined Hero (the two drop frodo that equips himself) come down before Kass, so that really smoothed things out for them. Very nice spear-bearer.
This deck surprisingly has a lot of options. It feels like there needs to be some more artifact and enchantment removal, though. Unless it's already in there and it didn't get to make an appearance in this video. Cool deck
Yeah it’s been pretty cool. Decent flexibility. Definitely need more removal. The fun test cards are in the spots that would be return to dust and dismantling wave

Not sure if it would be the correct play, but you could have embercleave flash in during the declare blockers step, and get like 16 treasures. Then do the extra combat with the treasures, resulting in another 16 when you finish off the player. It would lead to a crazy mana situation with really no drawback, plus the following turn you already have trample, double strike, and a way to get lots of mana.
Quite possibly. I know we had some options getting into that last turn against arcades. Just wanted to make sure I was on a line that I could execute properly and not run out of mana.
I have said this in a few vidoes before but this is my spiel on umezawas jitte. It’s one of the highest variance equipment in boros equipment. The range of performance is sometimes doesn’t do that much, other times completely dominates the game with control and massive pump. The key is really to have double strike and get to 4 counters very quickly. If you do the control game starts as does rolling the snowball down the hill. Hope it serves you well.

Double strike and a way to either get in clean with flying or unblockable make a lot of sense with its usage. Hmm I’ll need to think if my current semi-budget deck has a way to take advantage of it. But I really appreciate the insight watching your videos is when I made reasons why I have started to start jamming mask memory into my Boros decks haha

Oooof, as a newish magic player, I think I’ve seen the power of Umezawa’s Jitte. Time to buy some cardboard.
