Have you ever considered doing an escape room game like We Were Here Forever or something similar? I've played that game with my brother and its quite fun!
Oh yeah for sure, I would plan and escape room game. I haven't found a good single player one that really interested me. The best multiplayer one is the We Were Here series. Unfortunately at the moment I don't have another creator to play that with. IGP and Icy did that one together!
