The front corner piece comes straight out. The thing presses into some captive rivet things. It's pretty much impossible to get it off without damaging it. I wound up drilling the rivets out of it. The rest of it comes off inward towards the center of the window. Go around slowly with a plastic pry tool to avoid bending it. The bottom section has the outer glass seal engaged with it and will need to have that removed from it before the trim piece can come out.
@@conceptrestoration1107 I still need to get new corner trim, but until I do I straightened them as best as possible and put them back on with double sided body foam tape.

It's gonna take some work sanding and polishing, but hopefully it all comes out pretty good

@@IntenseBlue318 thank you buddy, yeah that was the issue, flippin corner piece is riveted on and trim is as tight as hell. Thank you mate.
