  • My experiences after 20 sessions of Radiotherapy for brain cancer.
From Wednesday the second of August through to Tuesday the eighth of August, I was in hospital having, and then recovering, from surgery to remove a brain tumor.

I am fighting this from my end with an extremely low carbohydrate healthy ketogenic diet, exercise, and minimising stress.
If anyone has any helpful tips or success stories related to this approach, please comment or send me an email.
AUG 2 2023 - Diagnosed with brain tumor
AUG 4 2023 - Surgery to remove brain tumor
    SEP 14 2023 to OCT 30 - Radiotherapy/Chemotherapy
NOV - 4 weeks without treatment, followed by an MRI
DEC 2023 - MAY 2024 - Six months of taking a stronger chemotherapy pill five days per month
On August 2nd 2023, after experiencing increasingly severe symptoms, I was diagnosed with a grade 4 astrocytoma brain tumor.
On August 4th I had surgery to remove the tumour. They believe they removed ninety-five percent of it, so I will need chemotherapy and radiation treatment.
For six weeks, from September 14, I will undergo five-days-a-week of precision radiation treatment at the same time as a chemo pill. This will be followed by four weeks of no treatment. Then I will have an MRI, before resuming six months of further treatment in which I will be taking a chemo pill for five days each month. This pill will be three times stronger than the one I took during radiation.
I will be documenting the whole thing here, so if you know anyone who might get something out of it, please share my videos.

I’m a head and neck cancer survivor for 2 years now, god bless you for doing these videos! I’ll be here watching, thank you 🙏🏼

I had a full face closed mask back in the day and gave me claustrophobia, yours looks more sophisticated. My hair loss from chemo reversed, but hair loss from radio therapy was mostly permanent. My current alternative treatment has no side effects, which is cool. I wish you well for the remainder of sessions!

Praying for you. I've had 39 radiation treatments myself. You look terrific. You are brave!!!

Oh dear, I recall first seeing my red forehead....how did that happen? I got tube, kind of like a lipstick or stick deodarant style, of Aquaphor ointment. I rub that on my face and all the other new visible scalp and it's such a relief. I'm about to start my 2nd chemo schedule....I'm in that period a month after the 6 weeks of chemo/radiation treatment. I'm just taking it as it comes, I rely heavily on my faith, and being as positve as possible. Looks like you're handling it so well, you've got this covered!!!
