FLYEO - SIV PARAGLIDING COARSE - NIVIUK ARTIK 6 -

- So here's a compilation from when things got interesting on my last SIV coarse. The main goal was to do some stupid things and figuring a way out of it without the need to trow the reserve.
Bit of a contrast to last year where everything looked easy, this time it was kind of a mess.
Things escaladed quickly and lots of mistakes where made.
Still got work to do, but little progress is still progress.
Working hard on the fundamentals is the only way to keep this sport as safe as possible. - Спорт
Extremely useful! Thank you for sharing ✨
exactly thx
Great recovery around 1:10 ! You got some nasty cravates and serious throw around. Bravo for doing such manoeuvers, your SIV was really enriching.
I also recently had a SIV with my Artik 6. It's an awesome glider. Quite safe frankly. But yeah there is a lot of energy in a very short time, asymertric mishbehaviors are immediately sanctionned ^^
Totally in control :)
The explanation by an experienced pilot is so important. Can't wait for my SIV in september :)
Nice SIV! Love Flyeo - so good
wow the 7:56 replay that was a close call, was it during the course?
I have the same wing and I have to confess it feels much more aggressive than my previous en-c wing when a collapse happens. What is your opinion and your siv’s instructor opinion about the artik 6?
My opinion ,its still a very easy glider, the reactions in The video are pilot induced and can be controlled or prevented, so the pilot needs some work ,not the glider :)
Hi, what size of wing on the video? Compared to other internships, I find it alive outside the flight domain
its the L 100-122 . i fly it on 110-115kg or 125kg with Scout Zero,Behaviour doesn't change that much in my opinion
Ok ok i order same size wing last week after try it and find a good and « secure » wing
Just during my try, sometimes, i found it hard to turn
@@loubard_volant4753 yes , one of the disavantages of higher aspect ratio, need more management from the pilot to turn, (weight shifting +release a bit of counter steering to bank a steep turn)
Wow... What is your AUW here?
About 50% weightrange
@@IvoBELGIUM Thanks. Greit with the short commentary in the last part of the video.
what's the location or school?
