Duns is to Business credit what Vantage is to Personal credit. Not as widely regarded as Experian or Equifax. Also, you need at least (3) Duns tradelines to generate a score. Great video!

This was mentioned in a FB business credit group but the admin failed to elaborate on what exactly this is and HOW to actually increase it. I appreciate your channel and all that you do. Kevin, I was offered a loan from DNB and wanted you to know that this video helped me make m y decision on DNB loan. From my research there were are/ so many negative reviews concerning DNB that I was skeptical to move forward.
Bro you took like a month off 😂. I’m a D&B wis but i did learn something. I did not know that they tally up your total credit limits but it does make sense since when applying for a large amount of funding, the lender wants to know how much credit you’ve and how much you are or not using.

Yes, I would say so. D&B has been making it increasingly hard for lenders & vendors to report because they want you to pay for their self reporting services. It’s the ugly truth.

I was on the phone doing the expedited service and asked for info in regards to what to do next because I have a capital one spark card but they don’t report to d&b ask for info regarding how to establish my d&b score and was sent a email and a like to this video and some pdf

How could the credit bureaus be a S C A M? Be careful who you listen to. That’s like saying your local bank is. They’re job is to report and share your business’ information with banking institutions. The only reason some people complain about D&B is because they have high priced credit builder services.
To keep it simple, just focus on paying on time. Keep track of your due dates based on whether it’s a net 30, net seven, net 15 etc. and be sure to pay before is due. The biggest thing is never pay before the invoice is generated (too early) because the invoice itself can take several business days to be sent to you.
Arco will report automatically so no need to use a service like this for it. This service is what you would use for tradelines that do NOT report to any bureaus like the Best Buy Net 30 & others. eCredable is a much better and less expensive option.

About how long does it take for NET 30 accounts to report to D & B? I am pretty sure for two months I have made 50 dollar purchases with Grainger, Quill, and Crown. Today when I got a credit report from D&B they showed only one Net 30 account? Only other thing I can think is that they don't count shipping as part of the purchase?
It can take up to 90 days. Make sure your business info matches everywhere and keep using your accounts. They’ll report. For now focus on giving them building payment history so they’ll have something to report.

Hey Greg, I’m not “selling” anything. I don’t own BCC. It’s a small business like all the others I’ve featured on my channel. I’m only sharing helpful information including business credit vendors. I’ve personally used BCC & I would never promote anything that isn’t legit. How was it a nightmare? Share your experience with me so I can understand where you’re coming from.
@@jacolbytucker8845 they will but that defeats the purpose. It wouldn’t help your scores. You have to build payment history to build business credit. The only way to do that is to pay invoices. I would recommend using each business credit account no less than 4 times (1 each month) to give them something to report. Otherwise, your newly reported account will be useless.

I would recommend keeping a spreadsheet of the vendors you sign up for, your credit limits, and most importantly when your account was activated and when your invoices are due. This will help you keep track of what's on your business credit report.

Our business has two equipment loans with Ascentium Capital ($84K and $35K) but they don’t report to D&B. Is that normal?
Yes, I would say so. D&B has been making it increasingly hard for lenders & vendors to report because they want you to pay for their self reporting services. It’s the ugly truth.
However if the lender is a SFBE member the data could still be shared indirectly with D&B and Experian.

Yes it’s optional. However you don’t need to keep it forever. You would get your use out of it in just a few months.

Nothing stays on your credit profile forever.
If you stop using it for a long period of time, it will fall off.

Yes it’s definitely necessary to use Net 30s because it’s the best way to build positive payment history.
Revolving accounts can take up to 60 days to report.

The Home Depot, supply works card already reports so no need to use a service like for it. There’s no list to my knowledge.

You need 3 trades to get a score with D&B, not 2. Equifax & Experian only require 1
I add the companies to ecredable. Can I use the same companies on DB builder or is Ecredable better? I know Ecredable is less.

Wells Fargo Secured CC reports to CreditSafe only. You would have to ask D&B.

@@jacolbytucker8845 they will but that defeats the purpose. It wouldn’t help your scores. You have to build payment history to build business credit. The only way to do that is to pay invoices. I would recommend using each business credit account no less than 4 times (1 each month) to give them something to report. Otherwise, your newly reported account will be useless.
@@jacolbytucker8845 keep in mind, most vendors have a minimum order total to report. Most Net 30’s require the subtotal to be $50 or more.

I would recommend keeping a spreadsheet of the vendors you sign up for, your credit limits, and most importantly when your account was activated and when your invoices are due. This will help you keep track of what's on your business credit report.
