Good point. Bravo. You might be interested in a video in which they reveal one of those lost books ... The Gospel of Thomas. Why? because it proves my theory that the bible, while very important, is not complete ... written by men who are ignorant of women and who do not want others to know what and why the bible is really all about.
I actually become very suspicious of the content of any book where the author asserts that what is written is in the past and is complete, and anyone that adds to it will fry in hell.
How can anyone make that statement and actually believe it? To accept this claim is to limit God in action.
God doesn't just stop being there and directing what goes on, because some do not want you to know the true history of what happened, things that were intended to be shared ... things that occurred "yesterday" "today" and will happen "tomorrow"... God chooses that, not men.

Seeds sown on rocky ground die quickly.Man will always claimed that science proves the truth of his theories... Thus, logically we can theorize that if the science doesn't back up the theory presented by man than there can be no truth to that particular theory which was presented. Dan Brown, a writer who loves writing about hidden codes and cyphers, employing anagrams and etymology. But few people ever questioned or looked into Dan Brown’s own coded cypher. Let me explain.
Mystery writers or directors/creators usually have what’s called a pseudonym, or pen name. His attempt at Danielle Brown was uncharacteristically not creative, so realistically, he doesn’t have one. And coincidentally (or not), we often times see the greatest mysterious authors/directors associate themselves with the letters “STN.” This ranges from Stephen King, Steven Spielberg, Stanley Kubrick, Stephen Kloves (Harry Potter director), Stan Lee, and even one of Stan Lee’s characters Dr. Strange, whose “main” name is Stephen Strange. I said “main” name because Dr. Strange has 2 other aliases: Vincent Stevens and Stephen Sanders. This is just a small sample. There are much more examples of this. Coincidence that everybody loves Stephen/Steven? I think not. But I digress...
Dan Brown’s name to me, just seems a little mundane (sorry if you share the same name). But as any adept student of the esoteric arts and sciences realize is that nothing should be overlooked and clues to deeper meanings can sometimes be hidden in plain sight. For instance, an archaic definition of the name Dan was “Master/Sir.” And Brown (in Old English) means “Dark/Dusky.” This Old English word also had a sense of "brightness/shining," preserved only in burnish. Keep in mind, Kubrick’s The Shining had a little boy named Danny (Jack Torrance’s son) who possessed the talent to presage the future which is called Shining.
So etymologically, Dan Brown means “Dark Master.” In occultism, you are considered an illumined sage if you have the ability to master the darkness. Light is needed to see if you are using your 2 external eyes, but it is not necessary if your inner eye is illuminated. Your inner eye, being the area of the Pineal gland/Third Eye, when open, is able to sense things outside of the physical realm. So, decoding his name using etymology brings us to the Dark Master. Decoding his name using anagrams gets a little trickier.
First off, his first name Dan is actually quite simple. Since he loved cyphers and codes, what can be more fitting than the human code: DNA? Dan is DNA. Brown, on the other hand, has several options. But one I chose is “now” with BR left over. “DNA now BR” doesn’t really make any sense until you switch the BR to Rb. Rb in DNA studies stands for Retinoblastoma protein, which is something that suppresses tumor cells and inhibits tumor cell proliferation. I came to this conclusion because when you go to Dan Brown’s official website Danbrown.com, he had a cypher for us to decode near the bottom of the Home Page. There are pictures for us to use as clues. And upon examining them, some of the answers were “Pythagoras” and another one was “Fibonacci.” When you get them right, a one minute video pops up to reward you for your effort.
But the ultimate encoded cypher happens to be “Transform DNA now.” Just like how the picture showed Metatron’s Cube, which was about Enoch “transforming” into Metatron. From this, Dan Brown shows a secret video in which he speaks and shows his true colors...but only if you possess the presence of mind to read between the lines and decode it.

      @NatalieAliciaNorment 2 года назад +1

I don't think I'm not smart enough to decode anything like what Dan Brown engraved on his website. Then again, in a way, I knew what Dan's goal was: to teach us that science is the key to the secrets of life. With or without religion involved, that has yet to be seen. I'm open to anything Brown writes in his books. Same thing with Steve Berry and many other mystery, thriller and suspense novelists write. And that's where I belong, with them while writing my own versions of the secrets of life revolved around religions, science, politics and humanity itself. Everything is connected at some point. And to be honest, I doubt many of us who are intelligent would lose our minds should we discover the secrets of mankind.
Therefore, Dan Brown is a genius and I believe he is capable of reaching us towards areas beyond our comfort zones without insulting us directly or making fun of our ignorance of the free world. Granted, we are all different but we are also loved in the eyes of God. And I believe, like Dan Brown, that I have a mission to do with my stories.
      Thank you Dan.

    • @timeless8536
      @timeless8536 2 года назад +1

@@NatalieAliciaNorment Well thought out comment. I do believe that science will never find the secret mysteries of Life. Never. That is because science is the study of the observable physical world. Mysticism and Spiritual Alchemy are the arts and studies of the Unseen, which if you Know, is the governing force behind the physical 3D world. The Arcane Mysteries have been veiled for many years and for good reason. The Truths and secrets of this world is only given to the Initiates and are not available to the profane. Just like that old saying goes, “with great power comes great responsibility.” The Mystery Schools of the ancient past are still alive and well but are hidden to the unknowing public. Stories that Dan Brown writes is just an example of its existence. Also, just like famous mysterious writers of the past, Dan Brown is simply a pseudonym. You just have to decipher his name to understand the meaning. The person playing the character of Dan Brown is not even the real writer. Just a frontman. The true writer(s) will never be revealed.

20:00 Wrong. I remember vividly as a child, Agnostic parents. Mom was kinda catholic but really just respected her mother and fathers devotion to church (both lived very very long and happilly) My dad was a cold war vet - pretty agnostic / didnt give a shit about religion, sometimes calling religion complete bullshit (away from mom of course) ---- But through that i did remember , being able to look up at the sky and know how little i am, knowing there was a loving hand above all other things, and knowing that , from a young age, when my parents die and i die, we will still love eachother. No matter what. And to me that was God . The supreme and ultimate creator of all that can will and has been . ANd i was not religious. I got kicked out of sunday school . The funny part. Is it was a catholic sunday school. And my OLDER brother would always (ask before) rip the cross off of the catholic rosaries, and by this time he was an adult. And he would tell me religion is bullshit but all actions/reactions are equal and opposite. One religion will say x about jesus, the other y, , other z, all you need to know, is to look at what he said, and he was telling the truth. and he pointed me to a piece of the fuckin bible, where jesus said "Religion is worthless, and faith is worthless without acts" - and i kinda just got the sense there, that God was real, and the world is full of religions side-tracking the one most important thing. Live your life, to the fullest, Do the best you can, Time is limited, LOVE AND CHERISH those you have before they are gone. And then. WHen your time finally comes, and you become GONE. DONT FORGET TO KEEP LOVING . which is a direct contradiction but so are a lot of things in science. And thats just how i look at things, to this day....

He meant that if we have faith in Christ we will also do as he said and strive to be like Him because that's what true faith is, not just believing that God exists. Only through faith in Christ and repentance of our sins we can be forgiven and have eternal life, that's exactly what Jesus died for so our salvation wouldn't be determined by following a moral code

According to Firas Alkhateeb, "When one reads Imam al-Ghazali’s works at a very superficial level, one can easily misunderstand what he is saying as anti-scientific in general. The truth, however, is that al-Ghazali’s only warning to students is to not fully accept all the beliefs and ideas of a scholar simply because of his achievements in mathematics and science. By issuing such a warning, al-Ghazali is in fact protecting the scientific enterprise for future generations by insulating it from being mixed with theoretical philosophy that could eventually dilute science itself to a field based on conjecture and reasoning alone."[62]
Al-Ghazali was commonly accused by Orientalist scholars of causing a decline in scientific advancement in Islam because of his refutation of the new philosophies of his time. He believed he saw danger in the statements made by philosophers that suggested that God was not all-knowing or even non-existent, which strongly contradicted his orthodox Islamic belief.

On a serious note, while I agree with most everything Dan Brown says, this talk exemplifies little more than his mastery of narrative storytelling and the fact that cliches really can win over audiences. The majority of what he says is just obscure enough not to be dismissed out of hand, but just shallow enough not to break through into any of the genuine philosophical grit of the topic at hand. The God of the gaps analogy cannot fully dismiss the philosophical nature of the discussion. The very question of whether or not science is capable of reducing all possible knowledge to the interplay between the physical world and the laws which govern it is a philosophical one, needless to point out the philosophical nature of the underlying question: why is the nature of reality such that these laws govern the physical world in the first place? In fact, there is a branch of philosophy known as Ontology entirely devoted to the study of this underlying question.
Dan Brown is a great fiction novelist and he knows exactly how to captivate an audience, but it just as much shows in this talk that he fails at pretty much anything more than crafting a compelling narrative.

Fantastic story! With all due respect to the Faithful, if you truly understand the science of today, the margin for "intelligent design" is shrinking exponentially every year. We're so close to the solving the 2 biggest riddles of reality - the origin of life (self-replicating RNA) and the singularity (unified theory of physics). But as long as there are pieces missing from the puzzle, no matter how small, the religious will claim it must be God.
It is understandable that the incredible odds of self-replicating RNA forming naturally make it tempting to believe in an intelligent Creator.
But consider that it took 10 BILLION years just for the first complex elements to be created in the Universe, then several MILLION years for the first primitive cells to evolve on Earth. Does this sound like the workings of an Intelligent Creator? Or chemistry that just happened after BILLIONS of years of coincidental interaction??? A child can do more in an hour with a kitchen chemistry set than God did in billions of years.
Organized religions claim their God is "the one true God", yet cant even agree on the definition of God - how can something be "real" for all of us, when we cant even agree on what it is? What it looks like, acts like, etc?? The vision of God as a handsome white man with a flowing white beard was invented by the Romans after Constantine adopted Christianity. Jesus was a Jew - and the Hebrews believed God is an omnipotent entity, but NOT in a human form - God had no form - which is why the Hebrews forbade Idols.
Think about it - the Romans adopted Christianity, then the Crucifix became the most powerful Idol on the planet, at great expense. How can you possibly reconcile God with all of the death and cultural suppression committed in his name??? If there was one true God, (which all of you will claim is YOUR God) then why would he have allowed this destruction???
To all such questions, the religious will simply reply "God works in mysterious ways". Is that really good enough to explain why good people suffer and tyrants rule the world??
Granted, the book of Genesis and others are beautiful metaphorical descriptions of the beginning of the universe. But science is the practice of proving concepts, via repeatable experimentation. There is no room for personal interpretation. It is Objective, not Subjective. The fact that we still have missing pieces in science doesn't mean God did it - it means there is more science to be done.
However, if science eventually leaves no room for the old view of God as intelligent creator, is that a good thing? People who have faith in a higher power are typically happier, more fulfilled, purpose-driven and charitable. Science does not provide faith, or a motivation to be charitable. Some people of science are genuinely motivated to help the human race via better technology, but the main drive for most people of science is mere curiosity.
In fact, one of the ultimate concepts in Science, that the Omniverse is a quantum computer with all possible actions, past, present and future already calculated, can leave a person LACKING purpose, faith, even hope and freewill. So though science may help the human race live more comfortably, it doesn't offer the same level of fulfillment.
I have heard it said that "if the Universe is infinite, than anything is possible". Ultimately, we are left with a paradox. Neither science nor religion can ever fully explain the complete nature of reality.
In order for the Human Race to survive and evolve, we must accept and embrace both science and spirituality. Spirituality, not in the form of worshipping a bearded man in the clouds, but a sense of communal belonging and responsibility - shared standards of morality and common good. Humans are genetically compelled to seek the fulfilment of positive social interaction. Science then offers a better standard of living and better tools for us to achieve better social interaction. Science also offers endless curiosity and adventure, motivating us to continually move forward, solving more mysteries, TOGETHER.

Why should you dictate what spirituality should be and what people should believe? Let people believe what they desire to AT THEIR OWN FREE WILL just the same way you are free to explore science and find all these answers etc aside the one you say cannot be found about reality.
About God, he is who he is, He is not telling you to believe in Him outside of your will, you have to choose that or not. That's on you. What you choose to believe or not believe is your business because you chose it. And it should not bother you if your neighbour chooses to.
I don't know why a person must pick one over the other to be honest, or abandon his faith in favour of a redefined spirituality, no. You can be a believer in God and still appreciate science or you can just believe and rely on science period. ''Morality'' cannot be separated from God, it is God who said do not kill, do not steal, do not covet, without His law man was exercising free will carelessly. People murdered then and still murder now, it all comes down to the moral or immoral choice you choose to make. And guess what human nature cannot be scientifically altered and that's why humans are now trying to make AI...

Religion and beliefs are two different things. Religion is simply a way of putting the experience with God in a box and keeping rules and traditions. Religion keeps people away from learning and desiring truth because it indoctrinate people to understand and think a certain way of things. It has ZERO to do with faith. Having faith in something inexplainable to science because SCIENCE saying that people are without soul, we are simply animals who has evolved through a certain timeline and creation of man is BIG BANG, but how does science explain consciousness, love, etc.. It’s hard for a man to understand the the concept of having a God who created all things because it requires having faith....

Now it is a lowly author partnering with an Atheist to try to kill God. “God is not dead. He has never even been sick” DrJ V McGee. God is not even worried about this mere man-nor is He worried about what silly things all mere men say. All Gibberish, all the time.

    • @paulitza9

Unfortunately for this reply I must remind you that God gave us "free will" or in other words "options" or "choice" what to believe in and do so it is not a matter of "killing" anybody or any force. People however, may choose to ignore something and no manner of criticism can change that ... People have been killing god for many years now and it starts with the "home" ... mothers are lazy slobs in so many cases, watch TV and smoke their joint while their kids run around the home smearing dirt all over the Lounge chairs and if you say something they just ignore you or call you a fuddy duddy. We now have same marriages (I am not saying that these people do not have the right to do what they want but traditionally marriage was designed for a man to take a wife to have children and multiply with) ... people molest children ... rapists are excused (depending on what religion they are) by saying "these are good boys, just letting off steam, besides girls shouldn't dress like this or that" ... and ... murders ... well, it does depend upon the reasons or whether it is self defence, . are often not investigated thoroughly.
We cannot generalize or criticise anything sensibly any more for fear of being called "discriminatory".
There is no respect and ethics in most free countries any more.
Crimes are committed and it is not up to "what you know but who you know" these days that frees them from persecution.
So, you say it is impossible to kill God ? Of course it is not possible, God exists whether we know him or not, but it is possible to push Him into the background to be replaced with stupid rituals and misconceptions including the one that education should no longer be available to all, but only to the wealthy. Just look around and listen ... the people objecting to everyone having the opportunity to go to Universities and Colleges are usually the ones that make sure that their children have it.
But please don't call Dan Brown someone that is stupid or 'JUST' this or that, besides, perhaps if you read up on him, you will find that he is an educated man.

Dan. I can tell by your analogies that you're a literal-ist. The problem with that position is that numerous physical examples clearly demonstrate that events occur that have no scientific explanation. Furthermore, there are significant weaknesses in the standard model of cosmology as its made proclamation about the nature of the universe based on pure assumptions, example: the size of the Hubble constant over time, etc. Finally, there are segments of our history that have intentionally been buried in order to hide their reality. Those bits of lore seem to indicate there are beings, powerful and advanced technologically, involved in our development that are never mentioned in the official public line adhered to "religiously" by paid scientists and academicians. In fact they go out of their way to ignore the evidence because these beings had capabilities that lie outside the constraints of modern technology; and since they cant explain their 'powers', its easier to ignore their existence completely. Better hope they're not still watching.
