Iron Chef Morimoto tuna carving demonstration at the Grand Opening of Morimoto Asia Restaurant

At the Grand Opening of his new restaurant Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs, Iron Chef Morimoto carves up a tuna. Some of the tuna was used in the 60 foot sushi roll. The chef completed the carving in a little over 10 minutes. Recorded on Sept. 29, 2015.
