Installed the Fullsac baffles on my '14 Road King and discarded the original packing. I wanted more rumble without too much volume. The sound was perfect. If you can make accurate measurements, use a cutting wheel and drill, this upgrade is fairly easy. Thanks Steve.

Don't waiste your time with a grinder.Remove the tips,
Take a sawzall and cut the pipe end off flush with the muffler.Take a drill with a hole saw. Cut the welds with a hole saw.Remove muffle and use a pipe as shown in the video to pull baffle out.Reassemble.
Takes about 5 minutes start to finish on each side.
Just did this on my friends '13 road glide CVO

I'm using a cable driven model. An air grinder will work fine. You need a 1/4 shank, 1/2" round, cross cut carbide cutter. That's the critical tool.

Thanks, I plum forgot about cable driven grinders. Air is cool but I do like the foot operated speed control of the shaft drive. Plus I don't have my shop set up for air yet and I don't want to go the dremel route again. I'm looking at the Foredom K.TXH440 and found a decent price on a kit. A bit overkill but I like the 63" cable, 1/3hp motor and square drive. Could probably get by with the smaller 1/6th hp units though. Wood carving or engraving setup would be cool too.

Hey Steve, what model die grinder is that? At first I thought it was air powered but pretty quiet for that. TIme to search as I'll be back in the States next month and need to get my cores out. Easy job with the right tools. Thanks

are the cvo touring pipes the screaming eagle slip ons or are they pretty close?
would the fullsac baffle be louder & more throaty then screaming eagle pipies on a 2011 road glide ultra??
