You've never had a Father's Day" - Other than what you caught, it's also a play on how the first line in Episode 4 (or 5, I don't remember) of the RUclips run of DHMIS was Duck saying "something's missing...", which was the first instance of a character acknowledging the continuity/meta-aspects of the series, in this case him becoming partially aware of the absence of Red Guy who would otherwise be forced into the script from Roy's preservation of canon due to his head exploding after realizing the truth of their existence the episode prior. "You don't have bars, even if you've done Time" - Other than what you caught, Episode 2 of the RUclips run DHMIS was about the nature of time, eventually ending in all 3 of the main characters rapidly aging to death by Tony the Clock for an agonizing few dozen seconds . "My verse is like a kart, everybody bumps mine" - Other than what you caught, also a play on how you beat Berdly in his first boss fight by ramming your go kart into his enough times for it to explode. "I'd say it takes guts to face me but they took it as your guts were for the taking" - You completely misinterpreted this one, the line is actually about how Duck's final/canon death in the RUclips run was him being strapped down and having his guts ripped out and and eaten in front of him. "I say no more funding any puppets stranded in a basement" - Other than what you caught, it's also a play on Spamton since he's a puppet who you fight in a basement if you choose to unlock his final form for him. "You're history like a room inside of Queen's manor" - After the protagonist team and Berdly got captured by Queen near the end of chapter 2, each of them is locked in a room Queen modeled off of each of their search histories. "And you would still be in it if Kris didn't free Lancer" - Berdly only got out of the search history room due to Lancer breaking the system by requesting an inordinate amount of shovels on the request device. "Last seen June 19th? That's an ab-DUCK-tion" - Other than what you caught, also a play on how June 19th is a *massively* important date in the DHMIS timeline the entirety of Roy's universe being about forcing the main 3 to repeatedly relive that day and be tortured and die in a myriad of ways in every loop of it. "While your pilot got denied because it was no one's favorite idea to look at Duck's dick" - Couple things you missed here. Firstly, a play on the "What's Your Favorite Idea" song from the Notepad in episode 1 of the RUclips run that eventually devolved into the main characters having their minds shattered and begin to play with and cook various human organs. Secondly, a play on the scrapped pilot for the non-RUclips run of the show in which you see the Duck get an erection at the thought of him being able to play with the old mayor's bowling ball now that he's the new mayor. Not even censored or anything, got fully out and throbbing. It also has an eye at the tip. "My inventory's got no room left for this freaky puppet" - Spamton, a 'freaky puppet' gives you an item after defeating his secret boss form, however, there's a special few lines of dialogue if you have a full inventory when he tries to give you item which is what this line is referencing. "Call another coffin to put this guy back in the ground" - In episode 2 of the non-RUclips run, Duck gets buried alive in a living coffin after realizing he was already dead. Obviously there's quite a few other references and whatnot you missed, but that's the important stuff.

I see you're getting Undertale and Deltarune lore mixed up. In Undertale monsters are sealed underground by humans, while in Deltarune everyone lives happily on the surface.
