This is helpful, but you along with many others, incorrectly identify the generations as either "Boomers" or "Gen Z". I am part of Generation X - those born between 1965 -1980 are the targets for this video 🙂

@@CareerSuccess Hi Jen, I just got a text from a recruiter after 5 working days from my final panel interview. the text says that my profile is currently being included in the pool of final deliberation, hence the delay and they want to get a hold of my application until they are able to thoroughly screen all candidates in preparation for the list of people to be endorsed for a job offer. I was told in the interview they were hiring at least 3-4 people. was never told until what date to expect nor I asked. is this a good sign? or forget about it?
