My JLU has the eTorque unfortunately. I noticed on my '20 Dodge Durango, the oil pressure is a constant 30psi, except when using the cruise control. Then when the cruise control is trying to slow the vehicle down. The oil pressure rises to 80psi. Since many of the v8 engines have as little as 5psi at times. The 3.6L engine durability should be good with the supercharger.
Do they warranty an engine with a certain amount of mileage or any engine? My biggest concern is the stress to the connecting rods and the engine itself?
I heard after the super charger and tuned with a high performance exhaust u can get up and over 400hp. Of course not the 392 but close to the hemi plus your saving a bundle.
I have a 2018 JKUR with 10,000 miles on it and I'm considering the Edelbrock Supercharger. Are you still happy with it, would you do it again & have you had any issues with it? Thank you for the video!
My only question that I can’t wrap my head round is Do the superchargers help with the dry start ups these 3.6L engines tend to have ? Any help is greatly appreciated
Fair enough. For what it’s worth, this was shot during a school day, during school, when nobody was home. I did pay close attention to my peripherals and I did not exceed 35mph. Cheers.
Oh man! I love how quiet that supercharger is. Nice work.
I have one on a JK, I put on a K&N cold air intake and I can hear it particularly above 2500 RPM

Can't wait to get mine. Are you glad you went with this set up, or would you recommend the pro-charger instead?
I’m glad I went with Edelbrock simply because of the warranty.
Love mine, especially with 38s, but I just broke the AC drive pulley bracket, don't know if its related to the supercharger though
How is😮it now? Still happy?
It’s quiet because you are using the stock intake system. Put on a coldair and I’m sure it will whine. Great kit overall
I use the Mopar CAI on mine and there really still isn't any whine. The rest of the engine noise and exhaust easily drowns it out.
Nice! What exhaust are you runnin?

A lot of the super charged 3.6’s will beat the hemi in a drag due to less weight.

I’m still happy with it, but if I could go back, I’d prob save up and Hemi swap it. I still may in a few years
This may be the biggest question. How much!
All said and done, about $9600
@krazyk86cu Ouch, but the warranty makes it hurt less! I'm testing a Rubicon this weekend. It's got the 2.0 Turbo.I wish I could afford the 392!
@@alsjeep Not gonna lie, I’m still trying to find a way to justify a 392 😂
@krazyk86cu 80 to 90K is alot!
Have you ran into any issues with the Jeep and the supercharger? How many miles do you have on the setup?

What do you mean? What is the dry start up issue?
Is it safe to put super charge inside the jeep
How's it working out for you in gas mileage?
It’s not good lol. Average around 11 or 12 mph
@@krazyk86cu dude I wanted to invest on a turbo because it would be more efficient, there's none out
is it posible install at Jeep grand cherokee 3.6l 2014 ??
You would need to purchase a kit designed specifically for your vehicle. I’m sure they make them.
For the love of kids, please stop launching it in a residential neighborhood like you did 25 seconds in the video.
