Ingredients (serves 1)
-Sushi Rice-
180 ml Rice
180 ml Water
2tbs Vinegar (preferably rice vinegar)
1tbs Sugar
1tsp Salt
1 small piece of seaweed (cook with rice)
Pour the vinegar on rice when it's hot and make sure not to crush the rice grain while mixing. Gently move the scooper and coat the rice with vinegar.

Egg strings + Nori strings
Cherry radish + black sesame
Salmon + Basil cheese
Shrimp + Lemon zest

Pickled radish + sesame oil + Red pepper strings
Sea bream + Leaf bud of Japanese pepper tree
Tuna + Green onion
Squid + Edible flower (or Shiso flower)

The grey and white long haired cat with a black outlined nose at the beginning of the video is one of the most beautiful cats I have ever seen. I think that is saying a bit, if you consider I am a veterinarian in practice since 2011, in school with animals daily since 2004! I have seen many, many, MANY beautiful cats in my career. All of the cats in your videos are so healthy looking, it is very nice to see, since a lot of the time I am seeing them when they are ill and in recovery.

That's true but i can't understand why everything is wrapped in plastic. I live in Germany and you can't find any of these foods wrapped in plastic. That's so much trash.
The grass is always greener at the other side. You might see their good side, but there’s always another side in everything. Like a coin. Japan have their own share of problems too like the declining rate of birth. But don’t get me wrong, I love Japan too :)

I use silverware and real plates because I'd rather use a little water than fill another bag with paper plates and plastic forks for one meal. I even get nervous about buying canned or bottled goods and try to get fresh food rather than prepackaged and manufactured. So I mean... I feel better buying stuff from a Japanese store because I can recycle the packaging easier than I can in most American states

Those Japanese students are well behaved. It might be something really ordinary in Japan that young kids greet adults, but I just like how disciplined they are.
reco45rs there's no doubt. Kids in japan were taught how to respect and other social skills so that they grow up to be the most well-behaved and polite individuals. Greeting people in the streets like that probably have becoming their habit. It really is a beautiful country.

I know I’m late but the way he prepares food, it’s aesthetically pleasing. You can tell Jun cares a lot about the food. His movements are so graceful, which just adds to the vibe. I’m not a great cook, but i wish I was. He uses a calm voice, not talking to much so you can understand. These are amazing videos and keep making them!
