William, to become an instructor for a Cisco Networking Academy, you must be an employee at an institution that is a Cisco Academy. They then create you an instructor level account. This video shows how to give an account the instructor role: ruclips.net/video/f6OYDBvKBz8/видео.html Note that with an instructor level account you can only teach classes that do not require instructor accreditation (such as Linux Essentials, IT Essentials, Introduction to Cybersecurity, etc). Having an instructor level account does not let you automatically teach or access the CCNA, DevNet or Cyberops materials. Instructors must take and pass a class at an Instructor Training Center to become accredited to teach. My school is both an ASC and ITC. If you are interested in starting a Cisco Academy, contact me and I can give you the process and connect you with the Cisco person in your area.
