Hi Beth, Sorry for my delayed response as I am just now seeing your question. Most of the front decks did not have chairs or loungers. I am not sure if this was a temporary thing as during my past cruise on the Carnival Dream in 2020 pre-Covid shutdown there were some chairs available on the front decks. The back of deck 5 did have a few seats available. I hope this helps and have a good cruise!
