@@KaoticIndustrial ik ur probably exaggerating but i just wanna say this: While uptempo kicks dont take longer, they are just another way of making kicks that bring a different energy and can take quite a bit of time aswell (like finding the right textures and especially mixing them into ur drop properly). I do agree though that the basic uptempo kicks from like lekkerfaces n shit are way too overused because they are simpler to make, they usually dont even hit that hard and it does feel like its just an easy way out over making an actual good kick, no matter if uptempo or another harder style :>
