Honestly Dan this is the best build you have done! Also the best in the competition. Classic but creative and different is a hard thing to pull off and this bass has it in spades. What truly sets this instrument into the next level is the headstock design very very unique. You speed up the videos and glaze over some things but your ability with tools is incredible..anyone that has ever free hand routed before will know that even the tiniest wrong movement is disaster lol. You have sold yourself short in your skills you deserve to be among these masters and IMO you have beaten them. Congrats!!
This bass looks amazing Dan!! Love the water engraving. I've just finished building a jag bass and may have stole the colour you did on your one after I seen it and fell in love with it 😂 Keep up the great work man
Wow! Holy crap! But wow! That headstock just blew me away. The bass picksups/humbucker was rather genius! Hope this is an eye opener for PRS
the best parts of the video is when he flips out his little table, its the best.
love the headstock! that's turning the same-old on its ear!
That looks insane. Nice job. Prs will be Knocking on your door for that headstock design
Neat plot twist and so crazy there are so many motor home guitar builders! Enjoyed the build and scenery. The bass looks incredible!
Dylan and Dan collab??? YASS. Been following his stuff forever and he is a good dude.
Thanks for the AWESOME builds Dan! Watching your videos has inspired me to try to build my own bass as well.
All the best to you and yours! 😃👍
Hahahaha, finally Dan. I've only been waiting for one build in this whole competition, I knew you were going to be the freehand hero of this series.
Keep up the good work, you are a true inspiration. The Dylan cameo was the perfect addition for this video. Great, great build.
Love the headstock design. All around awesome and unique build.
That headstock is a stroke of pure genius. And it looks AWESOME!!
Wow! I stumbled on this video and you are amazing. A one of a kind bass with a very cool build. I can't wait to hear how it sounds. Thank you Dan, you are an artist and a good man.
As a guitar player who admires bassist, I love that you went short scale bass. Talk about turning lemons into lemonade! 🤘
I'm impressed of the thought out design process with the headstock. You Rock man!
