    I stand with Woody about Norman Mailer. They guy was a literary genius. He was also a complete arse, but how dare they mock him.

    Describes pretty much everything that Woody Allen is about. Beautiful films or a beautiful facade elevating the director's own degeneracy? Many would argue he's turned out to be far worse a character than even his own films would portray.
