So my girlfriend forgot to sign out of her facebook account on my computer. 3 days after we break up she hooked up with another guy that had a really big dick. She said to her friend that he was fucking her for 1 hour and that she is now just laying back and smiling and how dumb she was to pass up on all the big dicks before because she was scared of them. She said that now she is just laying on the couch smiling. I feel really hurt. What should i do?

Agreed. My gf came back after no contact and told me she would never hurt me again. She wanted this relationship more than ever. We talked to me for a week and a few days later she said her meth head ex was sending threatening/abusive messages/calls to harm her and that she belonged to him. She then she stopped contacting me. She sent me a text breaking up with me and blocked me. Most hurtful feeling ever. Before I could even process what happened, I was getting calls from friends saying she was all over FB posting photos of them and saying she was in a relationship with the abusive ex boyfriend. Unreal! You ask yourself how can they do this to you? You never really know someone like you think.... She told me in the past he never physically harmed her but obviously from her history from another abusive BF years ago she went back into the cycle of violence.

Ouch.. what hurts the most is knowing i was the one that pushed her away first and made her lose interest. I cant forgive myself..on top of that i kept forcing even after she told me she started seeing someone else "because i told her to" ( yea i actually did and idk why.. at that pojnt i really didnt care about her i guess). I started forcing with wall of texts and more txts even after no response to my walls..got her flowers and she didnt want to open door to talk, met a friend of her later that night and asked about us to her and more and she told her i asked and she flipped telling me that she had told me she was seeing soemone else and that she wishes me well and that i would find someone better than her, thst this would be the last time we would speak. 2 days later i wrote her a letter (2nd one) basically pleading and saying i missed her and would always love her. I lefft it at her house with a choccake and she actually flipped again in chat saying i should leave her alone, that if i dont understand she doesnt want to be wjth me, to not send her anything, that she was gonna block me and that if i kept bothering her she would file a complaint for harrassment (exaggeration or nah?) Anyways.. After 40 days No Contact (5 days before her bday) i noticed she unblocked me from whatsapp.. but i didnt txt her.. i wonder if she wanted me to wish her happy bday..and if it was a test to see if i remembered and still cared? Or just to reinforce her ego if i did? I almost texted her but everyone told me not to so i contained myself..but now i live in regret a week later.. thinking maybe i lost my one oportunity to rekindle..thoughts? Am i too far gone? Am i just delusional thinking i could reconnect?

This happened to me. We separated in October and he had an affair in December. It was unbelievable and painful, but I promise, you let him go and move on and it gets so much better. Here we are in almost April and I have never gotten more compliments in my life about how healthy and beautiful I look. I honestly think it’s because I have let him go and am learning to love myself. You’re right, but remember, we’re human and not all of us are stable. Sometimes it takes the right person to be able to break the vicious cycle of an unstable person. Immaturity, personal issues, troubled past, many things can lead to people acting in this way. It can be hurtful, yes, but sometimes there are people strong enough to not only endure their unstable behavior but also help them change. Remember we’re all humans capable of making mistakes and being flawed, just like we’re all capable of changing. Sometimes it just takes the right person with the right understanding and patience to help it happen. That or self analysis, but that is much more difficult to achieve.

It's so true. He crushed on me and wished that I was gay. He was so happy when I turned out to be one and I gave him a shot, even though I didn't feel the love yet. Not so long after I fell in love with him. He would always be gentle and cute and do things the way I like, even if it's not what he wants at the moment, saying that he cares for me and wants me to feel comfortable. But after I fell in love with him, I started saying no no it's ok, what do YOU want? And it slowly grew into him making the decisions always, even when I openly said I don't like want it, he said I'll be fine. He started casually insult me and even call me stupid saying that I call myself stupid anyway. At the beginning he always said I'm so smart and would always give compliments. At the beginning he always missed me and would cutely ask for more time spending together. Lately he said I'm an obsessive independent suffocating person, and that he needs time for himself, even though all I asked is just answer my one text “Are you feeling better baby” and not ignore for hours, but if I were to dare and not tell him in advance that I'd be busy and not answer for 30 minutes he would accuse me of cheating or not caring about him. He eventually broke up with me saying he's so out of breath and can't take it anymore. This was my first relationship.

Hardest and bravest thing l have ever done. I went to Church to find peace. Most important thing, you look after and focus on yourself. Take one day at a time. Concerntrate on a task like ironing a difficult shirt. l became fit again and lost 25kgs, I am still single, quite surprising so are a lot of people, seems to be a cool thing. I picked my daughter up a few weeks ago after l had dyed my hair to look younger. My ex burst into tears and said you would not dye your hair for me. ?? WTF. That was the icing on the cake for me.! If your ex begins to date someone else so quickly after breaking up with you, is that person worth getting back, to begin with? Even if they were on a date to get over you, which means they are weak and dependent on others to make themselves feel better. Either way, not worth getting back. For me, soon after I find out he is on a date with anyone, it is an instant turn off and helps me move on completely. The problem is usually when you find out that a person is still alone and thinking of me, but we are for some reason not totally compatible. The real conflict and difficulty comes when you are not sure whether you can settle with someone who feels less compatible or you should let go of someone you love, thinking you will find someone more compatible.

yeah, just realized my ex a M A D narcissist. at the end, she wanted to, and tried to get pregnant, w my kid, twice, then sent me 2 pics of 2 different pregnancy test results on fb messenger, cause she couldn’t getta hold of me through text message, at the time. they were both negative, so the last message she sent me, after the 2 pregnancy test result pics, was a sad emoji face w the 1 tear drop... fast forward to like a week later, and she’s dumped me, nearly ghosted me completely, aside from a few texts convos and a few nights were we talked all night on face time, and fell asleep on face time w each other (used to do that every night cause we live about 45 minutes to an hour away from each other), and she’s gone on a date w a new dude. they went to the beach, in Galveston, TX, had a picnic there, and spent all day in Galveston, TX on their date that Saturday (roughly 4, or 5 days, to a week after she dumped me). she face timed me Tuesday evenin, after their date on Saturday, and told me all about her new dude, and that they had hung out Sunday, he took her out to eat dinner Sunday night, he picked her up from work w chocolate, flowers, and a few other little things, I forget what all she said he had for her now, Monday night, and that she had stayed the night at his house that Monday night, after work (she face timed me that follwin Tuesday night after comin home from her new dude’s place). after she told me all about her new dude, and their time together, I could tell she was happier than she had been w me, at least at the end, so I admitted to her that, while I loved seein her happy, it hurt me to know that I wasn’t the one makin her happy, anymore, but I told her that if she was truly as happy, w her new dude, as she seemed, to me, to be, than I hope everything worked out and their relationship lasted forever. she told me she wanted to still be friends, which I wasn’t ok w, but I told her ok cause I didn’t want more confrontation w her, at that point. she told me next, that she was packin. I asked why, cause I thought she may have been goin on a vacation, or sumn, but she told me, she was packin, cause she was gonna go stay the night at her new dude’s place, again, the next night (Wednesday). the next day (Wednesday) she had set her FB status to “in a relationship”. I didn’t hear from her for like 3-4 days, after that face time from her Tuesday night, then she face timed me to tell me sumn that she knew would hurt me, but could have texted to me 3-4 days after that Tuesday night face time. my ex before her had reached out to her and apologized to her for what she said about her when I left her (my ex before my most recent ex) for my most recent ex, and vise versa, and that they had became friends. after thinkin about that, I realized that she didn’t wanna text me, even though I had hung up on her face time call, twice, and texted her to text me, just to be made to think that what she had to tell me was too long to text to me, and I eventually answered her face time call, she didn’t wanna just call me, but she wanted to face time, so she could do as much damage as possible by tellin me what she “had” to tell me. she wanted to make sure I heard her, so she didn’t wanna text message me, she wanted to know that I heard her and that I knew what she “had” to tell me, which could be done over a phone call, but she wanted to see my immediate reaction, as well. she wanted to hurt me as bad as she possibly could, while bein able to know that she hurt me and know how bad she actually had hurt me by face timin me and bein able to see everything for herself, as it happened. I didn’t realize all that, though, til’ a few days after her face time, then... after hurtin me, me sayin sum foul shit to her and callin her names, her doin the same in return, me apologizin and tellin her it wasn’t her fault that my ex before her, and her had become friends, she went on to mention that we could still be friends, and that she wanted to, so I told her ok, but I planned on not talkin to her, anymore, after that face time. I told her about me lookin at the last fb messages from her, again, and I told her what they were, and how they had made me feel now compared to how they made me feel at the time she sent em’ to me. while tellin her this, she paused her screen and jumped to do sumn else real quick, then returned to our face time, after a few seconds, then we said goodnight and bye a few minutes later. the next day, I realized that the whole time she was sayin we could still be friends, to me, she had jumped to fb to block me, while I was talkin to her about me lookin at the last few fb messages she had sent me. almost like, she had blocked me on everything cept fb, forgot about fb cause I barely use it, and am more of a regular instagram user, and she coudln’t wait til’ after our face time to block me fast enough on fb after hearin me bring up the last few fb messages from her, and had to jump to fb and block me right then and there, asap. I blocked her number after all that. I didn’t know if she would ever try to reach out to me again, or not, but I didn’t want to talk to her, have her INTENTIONALLY hurt me, anymore, or be lied to, by her, anymore. the followin week, on a Tuesday afternoon, I was unfollowed on IG, randomly by sumone. I looked to see who it was and found out that it was a dude who, both of us followed and who had been followin us both back, as well, but they had been followin each other for sum years before he and I began followin each other. he has also liked damn near every single one of her posts that she’s made over the time that they have been followin each other, then on the followin, Wednesday, evenin I unblocked her number just to see if she was done w me, or if she had tried to reach out to me again, anymore. after unblockin her number, I found out that she had face timed me at 12:50 am, Monday night. I think she blocked me after not bein able to reach me through face time, though, because I sent her a message that Wednesday evenin sayin, “you called me the other night”, but to this day it still just says “Delivered”. I also was able to put 2 and 2 together and realize that she had stalked my IG, that Tuesday afternoon, and had the guy that unfollowed me, unfollow me, after I seen her missed face time from 12:50 am, Monday night. I know this because she admitted multiple times, to me, while we were still together, that she had stalked my IG. I figured she wanted to try to hurt me more, for whatever reason, by face timin me, but couldn’t get through, so she did what she could to hurt me still, and had her friend unfollow me. I say A L L O F T H A T to say this... she wanted to try, and she did try, w me, to get pregnant w my kid, twice, dumped me soon after sendin me some pics of a couple of negative pregnancy test results and a sad emoji face in fb messenger, just to go on a date w sumone new, a week after dumpin me, spend everyday w em’, the week followin their first date, cept for Tuesday when she face timed me that night, stay the night at his place, twice, be in a relationship w that sumone new, and continuously try to hurt me more than what she already had from dumpin me, when I had wished her the best and did my best to give her space, so she could live her new life w her new dude, and I could just do me... A L L I N 2 W E E K S . bein together, tryna get pregnant, twice, then bein sad when you not, to hurtin me as much as possible and blockin me outta your life where ever possible, cept my cell phone number, so you could still hurt me as much as possible through face time when you wanted to... I think that because I was online dating, that probably isn't the best place to find guys. The could literally send you 2 messages a day, writing things that a good and respectful guy would write, just to appear that way. I think that it's next to impossible to really get to know somebody by messaging alone. Even if they were to just call me once a day at the beginning, they would probably be able to put on a nice personality for an hour. It can be tough these days.
Met my ex-girlfriend for the second time today after the break-up. (It's been 3-months since the break-up, over 2-months since she ghosted me.) She confirmed she's seeing another guy already, just 1-month after she ghosted me. And that she wants me to move on. Said she doesn't love me anymore. And doesn't want us getting back, ever. So I told her that I'm not gonna pretend that we are friends. And that I'm not comfortable being her friend and told her to take care. She said take care too in a pissed off look full of hatred. Then as I came back home, I texted her "I'm done chasing you. Goodluck with life." And then I blocked her. No need for a person like that in my life. She chose the guy whom she's been dating for a month over me whom she had a 9-month relationship with. She's completely different now and she's okay being heartless. Honestly, it's a relief now. So today the thing I feared most actually happened which I was expecting to happen, I was told my ex is with someone else and photos of them together were sent to me. We broke up around 17 Jan so we apart about nearly 5 months now and I have been in no contact with her for the past 65 days. I actually never took it as bad as I thought I would and I think that was my greatest fear but now I know it cannot get any worse for me but better for me as an individual whichever way it turns out from here on. I just thought I should come share my story with use, in a way I am glad she is with someone else, it will give me the courage to work on myself more to prove I am better, I know I am better.
My ex kept talking about how he just feels like he can't be in relationship because he doesn't know what he wants and because he wants time for himself and his hobbies. Dude I begged, pleaded, sent her gifts, showed up at her house once (mind you begging and reasoning worked the first few times but its because she was still hopeful i’d change) and all it did was get me blocked and turn the sweetest most compassionate girl into the coldest and most emotionally devoid girl i’ve ever met. Even after that I still sent emails. I’d give her a week of space and try again. Found out she started seeing someone new literally a week or two after the break up (we were together 6 years). I was absolutely in love with this girl. I’m 31 years old i’m a fucking confident social guy and she was a shy and needy girl. It can happen to anyone. Heed my advice, especially if you get dumped and want the best chance to reconcile. Immediately accept the break up, its ok to tell her how you feel, plead your case once and only once, and immediately go into no contact. The respect will remain long after, the memories will not fade, and when she encounters issues in her new fling (chances are she will) she will remember how strong and confident you were. Don’t do what I did, i learned the hard way. Your life is yours to live, don’t let it be dragged down by someone who doesn’t want you anymore and if you truly want her back, take the time to reflect and be the man you were meant to be, and time alone will allow her to walk back into your life if its meant to be, or you’ll move on and become a better version of yourself as a result. We’ve been broke up 2 1/2 months, i’ve been in strict no contact with her for 3 weeks, and it gets better and better every week. Trust the process.

Funny... because the best solution for people who actually give a fuck about others is to work on the relationship in the first place so this doesn't happen... in my opinion, if you break up with someone or vice versa and they start dating someone new immediately... says a lot about their character and how they feel towards you (if it is truly just a BREAK) considering a healthier more mature adult would just communicate about the issues and then mutually agree to move on respectfully and with kindness, OR continue to work on shit in order to prevent a break from happening again. This is virtually what I said to the now ex on the phone over a month ago. We all have uncertain moments in our relationships and it is important not to do more damage than necessary. I feel so dumb for having behaved the absolutely opposite way and now understand that it’s me who destroyed last chances of making things work again. 2 couple therapists in real life couldn’t provide even 10 % of your information. From personal experience, dating somebody else short after breaking up, for me, was like a NEED to have someone in his place to give me attention, also I did think about making him jealous. But it never was the same, I wasn't attracted by anyone and didn't make anything official

Thank you coach lee. Two days ago I found out my ex of 11 years got into a rebound 2 weeks after he broke up with me. The worst is I had no clue especially because he was keeping my hopes by saying he loves me every two weeks. By saying I am the one, that he wants to have kids with me and build a family. Linus, you want to reach out to her for one or more of three reasons: One, to attempt to regain some type of control. Two, it would feel good to hear her voice and connect again in some way with her. Three, you hope that some contact with her would rattle the cage and cause some kind of response or action. Not one of those reasons will move you toward what you want. All three are illusions. Agreed. My gf came back after no contact and told me she would never hurt me again. She wanted this relationship more than ever. We talked to me for a week and a few days later she said her meth head ex was sending threatening/abusive messages/calls to harm her and that she belonged to him. She then she stopped contacting me. She sent me a text breaking up with me and blocked me. Most hurtful feeling ever. Before I could even process what happened, I was getting calls from friends saying she was all over FB posting photos of them and saying she was in a relationship with the abusive ex boyfriend. Unreal! You ask yourself how can they do this to you? You never really know someone like you think.... She told me in the past he never physically harmed her but obviously from her history from another abusive BF years ago she went back into the cycle of violence.

Ouch.. what hurts the most is knowing i was the one that pushed her away first and made her lose interest. I cant forgive myself..on top of that i kept forcing even after she told me she started seeing someone else "because i told her to" ( yea i actually did and idk why.. at that pojnt i really didnt care about her i guess).
I started forcing with wall of texts and more txts even after no response to my walls..got her flowers and she didnt want to open door to talk, met a friend of her later that night and asked about us to her and more and she told her i asked and she flipped telling me that she had told me she was seeing soemone else and that she wishes me well and that i would find someone better than her, thst this would be the last time we would speak.
2 days later i wrote her a letter (2nd one) basically pleading and saying i missed her and would always love her. I lefft it at her house with a choccake and she actually flipped again in chat saying i should leave her alone, that if i dont understand she doesnt want to be wjth me, to not send her anything, that she was gonna block me and that if i kept bothering her she would file a complaint for harrassment (exaggeration or nah?)
Anyways.. After 40 days No Contact (5 days before her bday) i noticed she unblocked me from whatsapp.. but i didnt txt her.. i wonder if she wanted me to wish her happy bday..and if it was a test to see if i remembered and still cared? Or just to reinforce her ego if i did? I almost texted her but everyone told me not to so i contained myself..but now i live in regret a week later.. thinking maybe i lost my one oportunity to rekindle..thoughts? Am i too far gone? Am i just delusional thinking i could reconnect?

This happened to me. We separated in October and he had an affair in December. It was unbelievable and painful, but I promise, you let him go and move on and it gets so much better. Here we are in almost April and I have never gotten more compliments in my life about how healthy and beautiful I look. I honestly think it’s because I have let him go and am learning to love myself. I also really recommend prayer throughout the process and God WILL help you!!🙏

One day he randomly broke it off, saying that I have issues and that he doesn’t want to be with me anymore. I was heartbroken and he blamed everything on me. Turned out the girl I was talking about was who he had a thing with in secret and he started dating her less than 2 weeks after our breakup. I am heartbroken but it really shows his character that he needs to fill his insecurities with a relationship. I never want him back.

You’re right, but remember, we’re human and not all of us are stable. Sometimes it takes the right person to be able to break the vicious cycle of an unstable person. Immaturity, personal issues, troubled past, many things can lead to people acting in this way. It can be hurtful, yes, but sometimes there are people strong enough to not only endure their unstable behavior but also help them change. Remember we’re all humans capable of making mistakes and being flawed, just like we’re all capable of changing. Sometimes it just takes the right person with the right understanding and patience to help it happen. That or self analysis, but that is much more difficult to achieve.

I just want God to heal me and restore me from the top of my head down to the bottom of my feet, strengthen me and equip me from the inside out. LDR isnt easy coz in the beginning they are transparent but later on they are playing hide and seek and ghosting and lying and cheating. And it slowly grew into him making the decisions always, even when I openly said I don't like want it, he said I'll be fine. He started casually insult me and even call me stupid saying that I call myself stupid anyway. At the beginning he always said I'm so smart and would always give compliments. At the beginning he always missed me and would cutely ask for more time spending together. Lately he said I'm an obsessive independent suffocating person, and that he needs time for himself, even though all I asked is just answer my one text “Are you feeling better baby” and not ignore for hours, but if I were to dare and not tell him in advance that I'd be busy and not answer for 30 minutes he would accuse me of cheating or not caring about him. He eventually broke up with me saying he's so out of breath and can't take it anymore. This was my first relationship.

If your ex begins to date someone else so quickly after breaking up with you, is that person worth getting back, to begin with? Even if they were on a date to get over you, which means they are weak and dependent on others to make themselves feel better. Either way, not worth getting back. For me, soon after I find out he is on a date with anyone, it is an instant turn off and helps me move on completely. The problem is usually when you find out that a person is still alone and thinking of me, but we are for some reason not totally compatible. The real conflict and difficulty comes when you are not sure whether you can settle with someone who feels less compatible or you should let go of someone you love, thinking you will find someone more compatible.

at the end, she wanted to, and tried to get pregnant, w my kid, twice, then sent me 2 pics of 2 different pregnancy test results on fb messenger, cause she couldn’t getta hold of me through text message, at the time. they were both negative, so the last message she sent me, after the 2 pregnancy test result pics, was a sad emoji face w the 1 tear drop...
fast forward to like a week later, and she’s dumped me, nearly ghosted me completely, aside from a few texts convos and a few nights were we talked all night on face time, and fell asleep on face time w each other (used to do that every night cause we live about 45 minutes to an hour away from each other), and she’s gone on a date w a new dude.
they went to the beach, in Galveston, TX, had a picnic there, and spent all day in Galveston, TX on their date that Saturday (roughly 4, or 5 days, to a week after she dumped me).
she face timed me Tuesday evenin, after their date on Saturday, and told me all about her new dude, and that they had hung out Sunday, he took her out to eat dinner Sunday night, he picked her up from work w chocolate, flowers, and a few other little things, I forget what all she said he had for her now, Monday night, and that she had stayed the night at his house that Monday night, after work (she face timed me that follwin Tuesday night after comin home from her new dude’s place). after she told me all about her new dude, and their time together, I could tell she was happier than she had been w me, at least at the end, so I admitted to her that, while I loved seein her happy, it hurt me to know that I wasn’t the one makin her happy, anymore, but I told her that if she was truly as happy, w her new dude, as she seemed, to me, to be, than I hope everything worked out and their relationship lasted forever.
she told me she wanted to still be friends, which I wasn’t ok w, but I told her ok cause I didn’t want more confrontation w her, at that point. she told me next, that she was packin. I asked why, cause I thought she may have been goin on a vacation, or sumn, but she told me, she was packin, cause she was gonna go stay the night at her new dude’s place, again, the next night (Wednesday). the next day (Wednesday) she had set her FB status to “in a relationship”.
I didn’t hear from her for like 3-4 days, after that face time from her Tuesday night, then she face timed me to tell me sumn that she knew would hurt me, but could have texted to me 3-4 days after that Tuesday night face time. my ex before her had reached out to her and apologized to her for what she said about her when I left her (my ex before my most recent ex) for my most recent ex, and vise versa, and that they had became friends. after thinkin about that, I realized that she didn’t wanna text me, even though I had hung up on her face time call, twice, and texted her to text me, just to be made to think that what she had to tell me was too long to text to me, and I eventually answered her face time call, she didn’t wanna just call me, but she wanted to face time, so she could do as much damage as possible by tellin me what she “had” to tell me. she wanted to make sure I heard her, so she didn’t wanna text message me, she wanted to know that I heard her and that I knew what she “had” to tell me, which could be done over a phone call, but she wanted to see my immediate reaction, as well. she wanted to hurt me as bad as she possibly could, while bein able to know that she hurt me and know how bad she actually had hurt me by face timin me and bein able to see everything for herself, as it happened. I didn’t realize all that, though, til’ a few days after her face time, then... after hurtin me, me sayin sum foul shit to her and callin her names, her doin the same in return, me apologizin and tellin her it wasn’t her fault that my ex before her, and her had become friends, she went on to mention that we could still be friends, and that she wanted to, so I told her ok, but I planned on not talkin to her, anymore, after that face time.
I told her about me lookin at the last fb messages from her, again, and I told her what they were, and how they had made me feel now compared to how they made me feel at the time she sent em’ to me. while tellin her this, she paused her screen and jumped to do sumn else real quick, then returned to our face time, after a few seconds, then we said goodnight and bye a few minutes later. the next day, I realized that the whole time she was sayin we could still be friends, to me, she had jumped to fb to block me, while I was talkin to her about me lookin at the last few fb messages she had sent me. almost like, she had blocked me on everything cept fb, forgot about fb cause I barely use it, and am more of a regular instagram user, and she coudln’t wait til’ after our face time to block me fast enough on fb after hearin me bring up the last few fb messages from her, and had to jump to fb and block me right then and there, asap.
I blocked her number after all that. I didn’t know if she would ever try to reach out to me again, or not, but I didn’t want to talk to her, have her INTENTIONALLY hurt me, anymore, or be lied to, by her, anymore. the followin week, on a Tuesday afternoon, I was unfollowed on IG, randomly by sumone. I looked to see who it was and found out that it was a dude who, both of us followed and who had been followin us both back, as well, but they had been followin each other for sum years before he and I began followin each other. he has also liked damn near every single one of her posts that she’s made over the time that they have been followin each other, then on the followin, Wednesday, evenin I unblocked her number just to see if she was done w me, or if she had tried to reach out to me again, anymore. after unblockin her number, I found out that she had face timed me at 12:50 am, Monday night. I think she blocked me after not bein able to reach me through face time, though, because I sent her a message that Wednesday evenin sayin, “you called me the other night”, but to this day it still just says “Delivered”. I also was able to put 2 and 2 together and realize that she had stalked my IG, that Tuesday afternoon, and had the guy that unfollowed me, unfollow me, after I seen her missed face time from 12:50 am, Monday night. I know this because she admitted multiple times, to me, while we were still together, that she had stalked my IG. I figured she wanted to try to hurt me more, for whatever reason, by face timin me, but couldn’t get through, so she did what she could to hurt me still, and had her friend unfollow me.
I say A L L O F T H A T to say this... she wanted to try, and she did try, w me, to get pregnant w my kid, twice, dumped me soon after sendin me some pics of a couple of negative pregnancy test results and a sad emoji face in fb messenger, just to go on a date w sumone new, a week after dumpin me, spend everyday w em’, the week followin their first date, cept for Tuesday when she face timed me that night, stay the night at his place, twice, be in a relationship w that sumone new, and continuously try to hurt me more than what she already had from dumpin me, when I had wished her the best and did my best to give her space, so she could live her new life w her new dude, and I could just do me... A L L I N 2 W E E K S .
bein together, tryna get pregnant, twice, then bein sad when you not, to hurtin me as much as possible and blockin me outta your life where ever possible, cept my cell phone number, so you could still hurt me as much as possible through face time when you wanted to... I think that because I was online dating, that probably isn't the best place to find guys. The could literally send you 2 messages a day, writing things that a good and respectful guy would write, just to appear that way. I think that it's next to impossible to really get to know somebody by messaging alone. Even if they were to just call me once a day at the beginning, they would probably be able to put on a nice personality for an hour. It can be tough these days.

So today the thing I feared most actually happened which I was expecting to happen, I was told my ex is with someone else and photos of them together were sent to me. We broke up around 17 Jan so we apart about nearly 5 months now and I have been in no contact with her for the past 65 days. I actually never took it as bad as I thought I would and I think that was my greatest fear but now I know it cannot get any worse for me but better for me as an individual whichever way it turns out from here on. Dude I begged, pleaded, sent her gifts, showed up at her house once (mind you begging and reasoning worked the first few times but its because she was still hopeful i’d change) and all it did was get me blocked and turn the sweetest most compassionate girl into the coldest and most emotionally devoid girl i’ve ever met. Even after that I still sent emails. I’d give her a week of space and try again. Found out she started seeing someone new literally a week or two after the break up (we were together 6 years). I was absolutely in love with this girl. I’m 31 years old i’m a fucking confident social guy and she was a shy and needy girl. It can happen to anyone. Heed my advice, especially if you get dumped and want the best chance to reconcile. Immediately accept the break up, its ok to tell her how you feel, plead your case once and only once, and immediately go into no contact. The respect will remain long after, the memories will not fade, and when she encounters issues in her new fling (chances are she will) she will remember how strong and confident you were. Don’t do what I did, i learned the hard way. Your life is yours to live, don’t let it be dragged down by someone who doesn’t want you anymore and if you truly want her back, take the time to reflect and be the man you were meant to be, and time alone will allow her to walk back into your life if its meant to be, or you’ll move on and become a better version of yourself as a result. We’ve been broke up 2 1/2 months, i’ve been in strict no contact with her for 3 weeks, and it gets better and better every week. Trust the process.

Funny... because the best solution for people who actually give a fuck about others is to work on the relationship in the first place so this doesn't happen... in my opinion, if you break up with someone or vice versa and they start dating someone new immediately... says a lot about their character and how they feel towards you (if it is truly just a BREAK) considering a healthier more mature adult would just communicate about the issues and then mutually agree to move on respectfully and with kindness, OR continue to work on shit in order to prevent a break from happening again. I am so confused at how basic human decency is so challenging for some people... either you want the person or you dont, either you want a committment or you dont, but either way, dont play with others emotions and sneak around behind their back while on a break. We all have uncertain moments in our relationships and it is important not to do more damage than necessary. Thank you for kind words, James. :) Yes, he was a narcissist and as it turned out, he was cheating, so he broke up to go directly to his second choice whom he had been grooming for a good half an year, so there was never anything to save. As for me, i am single.

Two days ago I found out my ex of 11 years got into a rebound 2 weeks after he broke up with me. The worst is I had no clue especially because he was keeping my hopes by saying he loves me every two weeks. By saying I am the one, that he wants to have kids with me and build a family. And then I find out while he was constantly telling me this that he was with a persons. Even when I confronted him he still says he loves me and I’m the one. That he is/was with her because she gave him things I didn’t give him.
When I found out I was super understanding with him. However the day after (yesterday) I still tried to keep my calm but at night I was mad and angry and upset. Thank you for this video, I will do exactly what you said showing understanding and stepping way from all this drama.
Needless to say I feel completely betrayed and also feel sorry for the girl because she doesn’t even know he was all this time speaking with me and that we had sex several times while he was with her (I had sex with him not even knowing that he was with her).

Linus, you want to reach out to her for one or more of three reasons: One, to attempt to regain some type of control. Two, it would feel good to hear her voice and connect again in some way with her. Three, you hope that some contact with her would rattle the cage and cause some kind of response or action. Not one of those reasons will move you toward what you want. All three are illusions. During the end of our one year relationship, my ex started building a ”friendship” with another girl, and then we started to have a disconnect between us. I broke things off between us after I caught them flirting via text. My ex denied having any ”intentions” with this girl and yet Three weeks after our break up they started the ”talking” stage and now have been in a relationship for two months. She post this new girl on social media as her new soul mate. They even moved in together. . It breaks my heart.
I’ve been focused on self-development but it still hurt to know she could move on as of nothing happened.

My ex girlfriend/fiance broke up with me the week before Thanksgiving. I just found out that she put a date night post on Facebook. She is still friends on Facebook with my brothers and sisters.
