I'm really enjoying these overviews! I was wondering where u got the hulk with the green blu-ray case? I have been looking for that piticular one for a bit. Is there any difference in the movie? I iljust think it's cool looking!
Great collection you have there! Definitely would love Mask of the Phantasm on bluray, maybe with some special features like a commentary of something. It's one of my fave Batman movies along with TDK. I hope they make KICK ASS 2 as well, Mark Miller has been taking about how it's going to happen soon so fingers crossed. Do you have Justice League Unlimited on DVD?
I don't know where you got the idea that we had the entire Superman series on DVD because we do not, that's only avaliable in America. The power Ranger season sets were only of the early Disney seasons up to Operation Overdrive, but now these sets are out of print.
It's cool that you're doing an overview of your stuff, I'll have to keep my ete out on certain parts as no doubt I'll be mentioned a LOT! :D A pity we don't have Justice League on blu-ray, we only have Secret Origins, Starscrossed and 3 other DVD's with two, two part stories on them. But that's Warner for you, they love to leave stuff half finished especially in the UK.
my only problem, it just has the first discs of the later films 2-disc sets, second discs having special features. There is an extra bonus disc with a buttload of extras, but I'll have to check to see it has all the extras ported over from previous sets. It does has brand new extras and new deleted scenes from what I'm told.
I actually just picked up the Thomas Jane version of The Punisher a few days ago. I've actually never seen the extended cut, but I've always liked the theatrical cut a lot, so I thought what the hell. And The Avengers isn't just coming out "this summer" -- it's in theaters in just 2 weeks! I'm pumped.
what are your thoughts on Marvel Phase One Blu ray boxset? Do you plan on getting that? It's going for about $150 on amazon. I was lucky to buy a copy at my local comic shop for a little cheaper. It's a cool set.
@Zaranyzerak This is my favorite part of your blu ray collection. It needs the Adam West Batman movie and the epic Howard the Duck but what can ya do? lol In all seriousness fantastic collection. Now I need to hit Amazon and add to mine :-)
Green Hornet steelbook is amazing - I don't usually covet steelbooks but would love to have THAT! You forgot the Iron Man animated feature. I recommend you get the DC animated feature Superman/Batman: Public enemies. I have them all and they are great including Wonder Woman.
Well, it seems Amazon.com has the 1944 version of Captain America on DVD! Captain America (1944) Dick Purcell (Actor), Lorna Gray (Actor), Elmer Clifton (Director), John English (Director) | Format: DVD Only 6 left!
thanks man. the company's really need too stop stinging on the extras it,s like scream 4 i paid a fair amount of money and it has not even one extra so on that i agree with you grate collection as always and is that the reason you don't have the super man stuff too?
Oh I didn't realise that, I also didn't realise you knew about the Americanised version of a Japanese Tokusatsu show that's been in exsistence since 1975. :D
Wow very impressive collection! That is the second best one I have seen! I am very jealous of it! I barely have 100 blu rays and 200 dvds (Plus a few TV series). Very cool :)
Just to let you know there is an Iron Man animated film as well. And I'd also have to agree that Planet Hulk and Under the Red Hood are both fantastic and are my favorite animated films of both franchises. Some other awesome titles are both Superman/Batman Public Enemies and Apocalypse, also Justice League: Doom which just came out recently. Another good one is Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths. I'm sure you're aware of these but I believe these are some of the better one.
What they meant was that you referred to The Dark Knight as The Dark Knight Returns which is something entirely different. When he pointed this out you then got The Dark Knight Rises and The Dark Knight Returns confused.
No we don't we have it in the UK on DVD, you're obviously confusing the UK for Germany, as they have all the Zordon Era series on DVD with both German and English language tracks.
why people be hating so freaking much, the good man is doing a overview on his collection and ya find the time to criticize me, saying if kick ass should be with the marvel movies hello this is the section on his comic book adaptation collection kick ass is a comic book movie.
do you plan to get films like Catwoman and Jonah Hex on blu ray as well? I know both films aren't that good, though I'd get just Catwoman just for its silliness and Halle Berry just a good committed performance despite the how badly written it is. It's a cheese fest.
Another great DVD overview :) I like the fact you got DareDevil: Director’s Cut, a lot of people wouldn’t watch it because the other version. Pushier War Zone for me is one of the worst comic films I’ve seen Batman & Robin is my actually most is the worst comic book film ever lol but I understand it stay more true to the comic? I don’t know, I liked the Tom Jane one better acting and better storyline. I’m planning on doing a Collection Video in HD Picture soon….so check it out if you want :)
Have you shown your Anime collection yet? The "popular" pronunciation is "western," but only slightly off. As for who is "right," we can agree to disagree.
Actually, you are missing the OLDEST movie ever made of a Marvel comics character. It appears you are far too YOUNG to know that! There was a TV adapation of Dr. Strange made in the 1970's! It IS available on DVD. I was very impressed with when I saw it years ago. One must understand it was done in the 1970's and critique it from the THAT time period! Also, I could tell you are not an anime fan by how you pronounced it! It sounds like "ANN A MAE" not "Annie Mae."
Am I the only person that thinks superhero movies in recent years have been kind of lame with exceptions (dark knight series and I think man of steel) but i think there is not that sense of wonder anymore in superhero movies when i think back to the original superman movies I remember being so in aww and having excitement when superman would fly. Now it's all a bunch of cgi and generic action
We got Batman hush Batwoman Justice League Batman Batman and Robin Batman Returns Batman Forever Joker Batman The Dark Knight Returns part 1 Batman the Brave and the Bold The Dark Knight

I am older than you. I did not state it WAS available on DVD! I can speak Japanese although not "fluently," enough to know the difference in pronounciation! Your's is NOT "the more correct!" Your pronunciation of Manga is however. As for the Captain America SERIAL movies, they were little clips played in theaters! There is a difference and yes, I did know about them! The Dr. Strange movie IS available on VHS! amazon.com /Dr-Strange-Movie-Peter-Hooten
your just jealous of the collection get over your self people will starve if you don't buy dvd,s and blurays so your logic is the more we buy the more people suffer
Zaranyzerak, this may be slightly off-topic, but are you going to be watching The Avengers, The Dark Knight Rises & Prometheus in the actual cinema? I have a 55" LED HD TV and as good as Blu-Ray looks in 1080p, nothing can touch film which is a much higher resolution as you know. Which is why watching film in the best way possible in terms of quality will always be the cinemas.. So anyway, are you?
I'm really enjoying these overviews! I was wondering where u got the hulk with the green blu-ray case? I have been looking for that piticular one for a bit. Is there any difference in the movie? I iljust think it's cool looking!
Love your videos dude, keep up that good work! :D
Are you going to do another big blu-ray collection overview this year? :)
First "mondo" and now "hodge-podge". I love it. Keep those obscure terms coming.
I don't know where you got the idea that we had the entire Superman series on DVD because we do not, that's only avaliable in America. The power Ranger season sets were only of the early Disney seasons up to Operation Overdrive, but now these sets are out of print.
Love your collection! Im in california and was wondering where i can get steelbook editions of blu rays? Or is that only in canada ?
It's cool that you're doing an overview of your stuff, I'll have to keep my ete out on certain parts as no doubt I'll be mentioned a LOT! :D A pity we don't have Justice League on blu-ray, we only have Secret Origins, Starscrossed and 3 other DVD's with two, two part stories on them. Very awesome starting collection. I can even say I enjoyed Pilgrim and Kick-ass quite a bit.
Actually it was one of Marvel's subsiduaries as memory serves, like Malibu Comics for example who publish Men In Black.
what are your thoughts on Marvel Phase One Blu ray boxset? Do you plan on getting that? It's going for about $150 on amazon. I was lucky to buy a copy at my local comic shop for a little cheaper. It's a cool set.
Awesome stuff mate.

I wish there was a way I could get the Canadian copy slip overs for the blu Rays of the dark knight and the dark knight rises.
Green Hornet steelbook is amazing - I don't usually covet steelbooks but would love to have THAT! You forgot the Iron Man animated feature. I recommend you get the DC animated feature Superman/Batman: Public enemies. I have them all and they are great including Wonder Woman.
Your collection is the envy of ME!!
Well, it seems Amazon.com has the 1944 version of Captain America on DVD!

thanks man. the company's really need too stop stinging on the extras it,s like scream 4 i paid a fair amount of money and it has not even one extra so on that i agree with you grate collection as always and is that the reason you don't have the super man stuff too?
Oh I didn't realise that, I also didn't realise you knew about the Americanised version of a Japanese Tokusatsu show that's been in exsistence since 1975. :D
You gotta show your comic book and graphic novel collection in a future video, please?
"Batman: Year One" was AWESOME. Seriously, it blew my mind. For an 1 hour and 4 minutes movie, it was worth my 20 bucks.
Hey are all of the DC Animated movies connected? As in there all canon to each other or are they each in there own individual story ?
Wow very impressive collection! That is the second best one I have seen! I am very jealous of it! I barely have 100 blu rays and 200 dvds (Plus a few TV series). Very cool :)
You should, it's a great adaption of Superman.
You gotta check out the TMNT blu-ray pizza box collection.
does the movie super consist within the superheroes dc/marvel collection?
Just to let you know there is an Iron Man animated film as well. And I'd also have to agree that Planet Hulk and Under the Red Hood are both fantastic and are my favorite animated films of both franchises. Nice set, I hope you pick Wonder Woman sometime, it's really good animated movie. I'm psyched for The Avengers coming in May.

Slight correction on the pronuncation of anime, it should be "Ah ni mae." Anime (アニメ?, [anime]
A NI MAE
What's wrong with the Spider-Man blu-rays? I was planning on buying those soonish, now you have me rethinking that.
ben affleck is the new batman for man of steel 2 what are your thoughts
The 90’s Fox Batman cartoon series was the best ever. Just a side note.
i think he meant that you put the movie on the DC section....??
Have you ever seen the show called smallvile?
you're forgetting The Invincible Iron Man. Though, some fans have said it's sort of boring. Haven't seen it, but I have it on my netflix.

What are your thoughts on batman gotham knight?
I hope they come out with batman the animated series on blu! I have the complete DVD set! hope you get it!

why people be hating so freaking much, the good man is doing a overview on his collection and ya find the time to criticize me, saying if kick ass should be with the marvel movies hello this is the section on his comic book adaptation collection kick ass is a comic book movie.

How come you dont own the Superman Films on Blu-ray?
***** OK. Just wondering. I just watched Kick-Ass last night and it was amazing.
Oh sorry, I thought you said Superman. Yes Clear Vision has actually done a good job with all the old Marvel shows.
do you plan to get films like Catwoman and Jonah Hex on blu ray as well? I know both films aren't that good, though I'd get just Catwoman just for its silliness and Halle Berry just a good committed performance despite the how badly written it is. It's a cheese fest.
Since they decided to put hulk in the green case, iron man would have looked kool in a red one.
Zaranyzerak why don't you have spider-man ? you can get all 3 on blu-ray for very little money.
Uhh... WATCHMEN is missing. I know you've seen the movie, and you did a fantastic video-review. Tell me you got've it on DVD.
are all x men movies one series
Another great DVD overview :) I like the fact you got DareDevil: Director’s Cut, a lot of people wouldn’t watch it because the other version. What about 300?
Is Constantine and V for Vendetta DC.
Yes. Constantine is part of the DC Universe, V for Vendetta is not. But they are both published by DC.
Yeah V for Vendetta is an imprint from DC/Vertigo.
No superman films of old?
Not when I did this overview, but you'll see some in the more recent 2018 overview: ruclips.net/video/TI1ejAjKKxs/видео.html
