3 variations are missing, and he completely ignores the "piano" and "pianissimo" markings in Etude VII, while Etude VI IMO is over Agitato, although that is a matter of taste.

This is definitely one of Richter's best performances of symphonic etudes. Unfortunately some later part variations are omitted.

Why did he skip Etudes VIII, IX and X is something I don't understand! Apart from that, this is a wonderful interpretation.
