There have been many moments in my life where I had to face changes: when I changed jobs, when my son was born, when my body changed due to menopause. In each of these changes I had to adapt my life and my wardrobe to the new situation. It wasn't always easy, nor always pleasant, but it was necessary and I did it. I really appreciate your advice, so wise and valuable. I'm just sorry I didn't meet you sooner❤️ Ciao😘😘😘
You are so right, it is really important to revisit our wardrobes to make sure it fit the lifestyle and personality we become in each different phase 💃 and in most cases it’s not easy, but so necessary! Thank you for sharing your personal experience, Maria! And I’m always glad to have you over here ☀️🙌🫶 ciao!
Wow Gierdre - I have been following you for ages now....I love that you changed from silent to explaining videos. This was outstanding advise and so true. Thank you for your upload.
I’m so happy to hear that, thank you so much for your feedback! My goal is to mix styling (before-after) and these videos where I explain more, let’s see how it goes! And thank you so much for following along!😊🎈🌸
Let me know what style challenges are you facing so that I can cover in my upcoming episodes? BTW, tomorrow (Monday, May 27th) I'm planning to go live! Turn on notifications (bell icon) on my channel to be notified when I'm going live :)
What a great content!! No follow up needed!! Thanks for the video:) I think my biggest problem is that sometimes I regret spending more on some garments, even I have money on that. I often end up buying something in a thrift store where the quality is quite good. regards :)
Please can you tackle summer dressing for women who don’t suit white, black or muted colours. Personally, I don’t wear white trousers because I am bigger on the bottom half. I like navy trousers but I don’t know how to put together a chic/expensive look without using the standard muted colours or black and white. Summer is therefore very tricky for me. I know I can wear bright spring colours, but often these don’t look chic. I feel like hibernating through the summer because of this when everyone else is having fun with their dress style. It makes me feel miserable and I’m not a miserable person. Thank you!
Thank you for your great question! I’m planning to bring more videos with different body types and styles for summer dressing soon💃 For the time being I would reccomend you experimenting with a tonal dressing. As you noticed a bit more saturated tones tend to look more chic, but you can always do muted tone on bottom half and a bit more vivid on the top half 💃 also do not forget about accessories: hats, scarves, necklaces, etc. These can really help you bring in more of your personality and spice up your look🤩
As usual you give sound and sensible advice. I have a quite large wardrobe as my style is very eclectic, from retro, boho, masculine style, chic and minimalist… you get the idea but I’ve definitely pared it back hugely and it’s now manageable. Always appreciate the hard work you put in your videos - thank you for sharing your expertise, Giedre! 🧚♀️❤️🐝
Such a great video and it's excellent info for all ages. I'm in my 70's and have finally had to accept that my body has changed to a larger size in order to present a more flattering look. Skin type jeans are now out of the house!
Great video! I have definitely experienced many of the issues you've discussed. I'm trying to be much more intentional about adding items and have done a lot of decluttering to remove the items that don't flatter my current body. Awesome advice ❤!
Thank you Kim! It’s a pleasure to read your message 🌸 being intentional about your wardrobe is key! Happy to hear you are on this journey🫶 should you need some inspiration, today we have been going live with my client decluttering her wardrobe: ruclips.net/user/liveZx2cbOsuI9M?feature=share
I started using a wardrobe planner app. It has helped tremendously. Load all (or at least what you wear) in it and plan outfits. It let's you full statistics and cost per wear. It has helped me a lot to understand my style.

what can you say about wearing shapewear?
You make accepting advice so easy! A lot of common sense along with softness! I am happy to have "met you" on RUclips! Thank you!

I know what to wear
the clothes that I wear and people compliment me on that’s my wardrobe rotation
Good to hear it! I’m outfits’ repeater but with different accessories and different mood the outfit is never the same 😅💃
