question- do you have to use a 'carrier oil' ? or can you dilute them in water and or apple cider vinegar instead?

Peppermint oil is great, and you can actually feel it working.
Lemongrass Oil and Black seed Oil are also incredible in helping the process - black seed can act as a carrier oil (keep refrigerated)

thank you deepa for sharing! once i saw this video i started using jojoba oil as my carrier oil and i put rosemary on it.. i've been using it for 2 and a half months now, it made a lot of difference,. before i used to have severe hair shedding for about two years and suffered for anxiety and depression because of it.. after two months of using those oils i can see baby hairs and my hair fall lessen for about 50%.. it maybe not much for some of you but for me, it helped a lot.. you just need to find the right carrier and essential oil for you.. patience is the key! 🙏

Yeah, same as me. I got Telogen Effluvium 2-3 months after Covid which lasted several months. I then experienced facial alopecia, which spreaded to the scalp months after. Covid is definitely the trigger for both, never had loss in my 30 plus years of living.

Coconut oil is also a great Carrier Oil. It is used for many different things including hair loss with great benefits and is relatively inexpensive. You can make your own or buy the organic bottled product.

I agree!! I started massaging my face for 30 minutes morning and evening!! I made my own concoction of ( Now brand frankencense, lavender, and grapeseed oil . I added a few drops of( mother nature organics brand) jojoba and argan oil with about 3 drops of pure glycerin. I first rinse my face with lukewarm water. Pat dry with a damp microfiber face cloth. Apply my blk rice toner my (missha) essance(,Madagascar centella , my essential oil blend ,(rhoto menthlatum) vit c essance,my ce'lor aloe vera gel, ( cos de baha) hyaluronic acid, then my belif cream moisturizer. Starting with the aqua bomb and ending with the moisturizing bomb. I let air dry about 30 minutes and apply my (supergoop)sunscreen. Again first applying the unseen all over, let fan dry about 5 minutes and finish with applying the glowscreen sunscreen on my cheek bones and under my brows and bridge of my nose( just a tiny drop patted in with my fingers. Sometimes I use tatcha products and sunscreen. And sk11 instead of (missha) essance. I also use the ordinary glycolic toner sometimes. I have a full beauty arsenal as it is my Hobbie. I love to gift, friends ,family and strangers with every new product I believe God led me to. Of coarse ,I have to get better at feeding myself from the inside out. However I. Loving my new routine .hair, body ,health and skinwise. After working and unlearning a few habits and relearning new ones is definitely going to be apart of loving myself from the inside out, doing what God planned for us to,and sharing with other's,wisdom and love is exactly what we all should be doing!! Hello I enjoyed your video. I have learned so much within the minutes of this video . I do suffer with alopecia Aerate . I started losing my hair just last year. My hair is really fine and wavy. I always wore the pixie cut or the Halle Berry style. I am African-American, but this is the first time I’ve ever ever experienced this alopecia thing I went to a dermatologist they gave me some ointment and I put it on my patches twice a day for two weeks and then I take two weeks off and then Jess go back-and-forth with the medicine and now I am wanting to do something more of a natural route. I am wearing my hair bald. I look really good with it bald, but I have been under a lot of stress last year and I’ve been really reading and researching on the alopecia . so I’m definitely going to get me some extensional oils. I have been using a few essential oils like the black Castro oil, rosemary oil, even Teatree oil is Teatree oil good for alopecia as well and can I combine all of those essential oils to make my own personal oil to apply to my head where the patches are? I’m just new at this, and I am really wanting to grow my hair back because a woman’s hair is her crown and her glory. I don’t mind being involved. I look very sexy with it involved, but I would like for that to be my personal decision not a decision of a chronic illness of alopecia but thanks again I am definitely going to take that advice and I’m going to Amazon right away and get all the essential oils that you talked about in this video. Thanks again I also subscribe to your channel I can’t wait to learn more about alopecia and it’s craziness lol thanks again

Guys if you are dealing with Aloepecia Areata which is to do with your immune system attacking itself. No amazing diet, oils will bring it back, you first need to get rid of the INFLAMMATION! Once that is gone, all the things mentioned here can help. If your Aloepecia is not Areata, then essential oils might work well.
Lastly, Aloepecia is not always because you are stressed, if so we would all be walking around bald. Its a shock to your system where your immune system attacks itself and you cannot stop it unfortunately. Again I'm talking of Aloepecia Areata

Hi... I liked your video. I also lost about 70% of my hair about 3 years ago. Unfortunately now I've developed heart troubles. So my hair was looking pretty good, but my medications cause hair loss. It is worst on top right in front. But it's thinned out all over. I have to take the meds to control my heart. Do you think your essential oils will help my hair grow ? Thank you. I really loved your presentation. You were so sincere and nice, plus we can see it's worked for you.

Jill Peacock look at “medical studies on the efficacy of hawthorn berries for heart disease “
Dr Christophers Hawthorn Berry Syrup will strengthen the heart
Cayenne pepper start with 1/4 tspn in 1/4cup warm water. Add 2T full fat plain yoghurt
Yogurt after also. This will neutralize the heat
Build up to 1tspn x 3 times daily before meals
This will regulate BP & blood flow throughout the complete body
Review. Dr Christopher on cayenne pepper
These will strengthen the heart over time. And slowly but surely allow you to stop the medications eventually
You can’t win on meds in the long term

@@RK-su4hs thank you. I do know about these. I have done Hawthorne.... I'm on med to control arythmia and it's working pretty good. Thank you. You are a gem. But I have used Hawthorne when I had attacks. Trouble is you don't know exactly how many mgs you have... Then different brands, different strengths.. I'm doing pretty good. I did come up with essential oil combination to instantly relieve pain. Definitely helps arthritis a lot. Let me know if you need it.

Castor oil really helps. Amazing. Sinse I started using it consitsetly , I honestly sometimes trim my eye lashes and brows. Same with my sister. She had very few eyelashes and almost invisible brows. Now she has reduced the amount of time she applies because she gets "too much" . On eyelash, just take a tiny bit and dab it on your fingers and then use that finger on your eyelashes just like you would apply mascara. Worked amazingly for us. Don't put a whole drop, it's too much and it will get in your eye. I'm not a doctor, I'm just saying what worked for me. Good luck! The results are visible in about 15 to 20 days. If you keep using, you ll see a huge difference. I put it on at night and then just sleep with it. But not too much so it doesn't drip and bother you in your eyes. Just dab your finger. Nth else. Your finger should be just oily. Not with a huge drop of castor oil on it. I hope this helps.

When using an essential oil diluted with its carrier oil, the ratio is always 20% essential oil for 80% vegetable oil, this gives you an order of magnitude for the case of hair; if you put too much essential oil you risk damaging your scalp. Make your accounts in drops that is to say 1 drop of essential oil for 4 drops of vegetable oil.
