- It is warming up...actually quite warm at my end here already; and on a hot day, a glass of the very refreshing drink will cool you down just right. This tigernut milk will do just that.
Ingredients:
10 dates, pitted
2 ½ cups tigernut
320g organic ginger
8 whole cloves
6 cups water

I never heard of this type of nuts before. What other nuts I could substitute for Tiger nuts if I cant find it. I love people from diverse backgrounds. They are very interesting? You learn alot from their culture. That drink look like I took a vacation. I cant wait to try this recipe!

Really! I’ve seen many Nigerians make this milk here and on Instagram but they mostly add coconut. It is so good. We typically eat it raw or make a pudding (like pap or custard) with it in Ghana. The drink is relatively new for us.
