Gnome or Troll I think you'd be surprised then... I have been to college level/UN debate courses and I wouldn't be surprised if Destiny could hold his own. I do agree that some parts could be polished, but your statements that he would be "destroyed" is incorrect.
The main tactic Steven uses is "genuine" approach, so that it doesn't feel pandering and overall can solidify a focus with a combination of ethos + logos (ethics + logic)
I think many lose the ethos, in order for pure logos.... But I don't agree with it, even at an international level. A linear line of thought/setting up traps is great, but grounds of holding definitions with ethics is VERY underrated for a strategy.

His tweet is sad, because he's shitting on people who probably resemble himself, a lot. He's contributing towards fostering an environment, where people make life harder for people like him. Completely against his own interests. Then you have Destiny who doesn't give a fuck and owns it. Instantly concedes on 3 of the descriptors lol.
He's gotta get past the chat... and the fear of appearing like a hypocrite. It's obvious the "highly amusing" chat is getting to him, to some extent. But he's gotta remember that he is completely anonymous... no one knows who he is. So you can distance yourself from such things bothering you.
Also, just because the guest can take insults, doesn't mean other people can. It's not just about being a hypocrite or not. Some empathy could be used here. Destiny can easily take it, but i mean in general.
