Talk through on how to change the recline cylinder in an aircraft seat

I explain the procedure on how to remove and install the recline mechanism on an aircraft seat. I don't actually do it though, I only talk about it.
Note: This was recorded on an A330, however, it can be applied to any passenger aircraft seat with this configuration (757, 737, A320, etc.).
