The fact that the directors and producers took a HUGE chance on two barely gotten their feet wet actors to play these two leading roles who wound up literally knocked it out of the park, says a lot about Bradley and Colin as well as the director. I didn't watch this show for the first time until just a few weeks ago while it was on NetFlix.. And I instantly became a fan of Bradley and Colin. I have since watched, Parked, The Fall, Testament Of Youth, and Damien. I wish now I would have done ALL of this years ago while it all was happening.
AGH. I LOVE HIS VOICE. so much.
If there ever was Merlin he probably sounded somewhat more like Colin Morgan as himself rather than in his Merlin role. Because it seems from the legend that Merlin was from Cornwall and, of course, in those days Cornwall was not a part of England and rather close to Ireland in dialect. So maybe the reason why Merlin could not save Camelot was that English people just could not understand him very well :)
I only recently discovered this series, I had to binge watch as it was leaving Netflix today, but I loved the series its a great family series that I can't wait to show to my future children and the ending made me happy cry and ugly cry. I just want to end by saying Coin Morgan is the cutest person I have laid eyes on. He seems like a genuinely nice guy that is sweet in every way. I am so happy i got introduced to this wonderful family show.

So iv been told that Canadians have a very subtle Irish accent and after watching this i totally notice that is kinda true lol!

Wow, I actually didn't know that he was Irish. I always assumed that his Merlin accent was his natural accent. This is strange:P
But Colin IS Irish, not Canadian. XD Although, that's true there is a tiny part of Eastern Canada that have slight Irish accents.
