I know you'll probably never see this, since this is a RUclips video and not Facebook or something, but you have no idea how much your music given by God, has helped me in my life. I'm the same age as your son and I grew up listening to you and him. I heard him as a child and as a young adult. Toby, I want to thank you and your son for helping me to understand the heart of God. I think the reason Tobymac is blessed is because he didn't go mainstream all those years ago. Resulting in him being one of the most popular christian artists there is.
I couldn't stop listening to this song once I played it. I had to make myself turn off the music to go to bed. I feel music very deeply when I listen to it and this song felt like it was my last breath and without it, I couldn't breathe. This song must be anointed by God. I'm so thankful that I found it. I'm in a very bad place in my life b/c I'm not in a loving Christian environment and I've lost my way from God. But, this song gives me hope and it's helping me to find my way back to Him.

I go way back to his DC talk days, so I've been a fan of Toby's for a while. Sweetie in our walk with God it is the struggle that tells us we are truly His. The war that goes on in us, the war that rages against the spirit and the flesh is real. Your environment is no mistake, He created it just for you because it keeps you on your knees seeking Him.......God does not make mistakes.

In our church there is a youth community, it's called ,,Timeless". I love singing. I REALLY do LOVE singing! But I can't feel God in Timeless and today I talked with an older Teamer, told her that I don't know why I sing in Timeless when I can't feel God. She said she feels the same and that it needs to be addressed. God spoke thru this song to me. ,,It don't make no sense without You. It don't make no sense at all". I have chosen! If Timeless means just to sing because it's fun then I won't sing anymore there. But if it changes to better than I will sing my soul out!
Read each song alone with the LORD and seek the meanings for you. Pour your heart into your notes with that truth from your experience fellow song bird, and may all of our voices be lifted to testify and sing thanks and praises. If you talk with the fellow singers and teacher maybe you guys can sing songs that have deeper meaning to the times and your hearts. I pray that God helps make the group more united on that too. Others must feel the same, then you can have the chance to sing with a group still. If the group didnt work out keep singing through it all for Our LORD. Ive been thinking about singing some of these songs i love on a busy street somewhere to spread the joy and love and Word of Our Father. Pray for me too to be less lazy and have some courage too.
