Even before the slow-mo...could tell she knew how to fall. I've seen the guys (Ash Nile and Luke) talk about knowing how to fall thanks to their sport. Sam was awesome!!!

Some of the demonstration pictures were so complicated I paused the video to work out what was what. I'm still not sure who was doing what on some of those, but I had a lot of fun cheering everyone on. I hope you all had fun doing this.
