I’ve stopped Tarot practice for months now because I got scared at how “correct” I felt it was, so I also stopped watching tarot related videos. But now of all time, out of all your posts, this is the one I see by happenstance. And this is exactly what I am feeling right now in every aspect of my life. I was deceived by my family and in turn I deceived myself too. I think the tarots are calling me again in times of confusion. I’m thankful I saw your video and how you explained this beautifully.

I always loved the detail of this card with the woman's foot touching the water. To me, it represented intuition and that our intuition is always available to us even blindfolded.

I asked "Why are you helping me?" and pulled the Eight of Swords and got teary-eyed. I come from a horrible family situation and have been abused in my adult life as well. Sometimes it feels like cruel people can pick up my wounds from a mile away and take pleasure in confusing me further. But the more I trust my intuition, the better I can navigate situations where people say one thing and mean something else. For me, this is a card of deep self compassion. "Help yourself", it says, but kindly.

Okay so I must be the hanged man/fools journey ....as just NOW...I have shown up at a very swanky house (billiards room, pool, slide, hot tub multiple living room/fireplace ...to pet/house sit as pretty much every person in the san diego area is at a concert called Stagecoach in Palm Springs ....🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ Anyways first thing ...last minute the lady texts me to inform me the guest room is very very bright in the morning so bring an eye covering....😂which totally made me crack up...because of course this would be the theme 😂😂😂 Update on caravan ....last week all of a sudden (after swapping mechanics) my car is totally fine and does not need a new transmission or motor...just crazy 😂so literally I'm free to go ...leave this cesspool of energy pit ...I was wondering what I'm waiting for ...honestly I don't even know...guess I got too swept up In doom thought consciousness that I had to shake myself out of it ... I definitely did NOT bring an eye mask ...the joke is on these narcissists ...I wake up at 430am ....well before it's light out...I'm NOT EVER blocking out the light again.... I've got adventures to be had...inner earth to find...sasquatch to make out with 😂😂😂 Next week onwards to Camp Pendleton...do you think you'll find some marine/barracks/base inference in the 9 of swords...I do suppose the marines carry swords...I dunno ...I'm going to go camp out for a few days...if they let me In🤷🏼♀️ 😂😂😂😂why not entertain myself 🤣🙈

This will be an odd querry...as I don't know what the 9 of swords means ...but what would it signify if the 9th sword was broken 🤔🤷🏼♀️ a chalice with 9 swords in it...one broken in half .... Just curious😂...because it's what I'm seeing in a story in this house.... So I have to put on my Nancy Drew hat and decipher the hidden clue...what is a broken sword (😂😂😂) and why is it the Next card that I DONT KNOW yet that is giving me a peek into the future .. What does it mean... 😂maybe I should have bought that bottle of wine...get drunk instead of fade off into esoterica
We'll have to wait for the 10 to see a broken Sword, it crops up on the Thoth card. We're in the quagmire for the 9 I'm afraid, the darkest part of the Tarot for me but the light is shining somewhere in the distance. We're getting there! 🙏⛤
@@kippi so a broken sword is a thing...thats a bonus ...I was diving into lord of the rings analogy of the meaning...I'm not entirely grasping it but it is about divine inheritance....or something very intensely grandiose...(I don't grasp concepts but do better with gently caressing the thought of a concept 🤷🏼♀️ which is why I love your sharing/teaching/exploring style ...it allows for me to drift off..like on a freeway...and suddenly I get jarred awake by the rumble strips shouting "but what does it all mean" to stay embodied with flesh and all Haha 😂
@@kippi so in viking lore... the sword is extension of the man/warrior ...so it Is also "killed" as the weapon was bound to the spirit ...so breaking the weapon severed the spirits last connection to the earthly realm.... Ohhh yessss 🤔 This I can get into .... Perhaps one "loses" the battle...but perhaps it is a means of gaining full union in spirit...no longer bound to the lower realm of physicality....interesting... Kinda very ascension(y)...resurrectionish .. For in spirit a sword has no blood to spill...it becomes a symbol of Truth/triumph/victory... Surely an incomplete thought...but there's lots to Ponder upon ....materiality and spirituality etc

The broken Sword on the 10 represents Tiphareth, which is also the Sephira of the sacrificial Gods. That relates to Odin hanging himself on the tree of Yggdrasil, which brings us back to the Vikings 🤯⛤
