Are all the restaurants and bars foreigner friendly? I had the experience that on the upper floors of buildings restaurants and bars tend to be japanese only. Sometimes they looked great but they said I cant come in even tho i speak some japanese 😢

All restaurants I shared are very foreigners friendly especially Hiroshi-san and Wagyu place!😎
