      LTV is the point. This client will stay with them for 2-4 years and will bring at least 12-24k$. Once your LTV is bigger than CAC you are cool, but with SAAS you have recurring and it is big. You can spend 2k on CACs, make it from this "set up fee", maybe get a profit straight up. Then you have superfans. Dude is conquering blue ocean. He can outspend most agencies on ads because of this.

    • @pauldoessmma
      @pauldoessmma Месяц назад +2

      And obviously it is not. Video is recorded on April 5th. That's a very genius play. They are probably signing 10 clients a week on this offer and probably have 100 recurring by now... I thought so till I checked their SKOOL community with 18 members. BUT video is from April, and at that time Skool was working bad, they probably moved it and most likely have a ton of recurring, can outspend any agency and conquer the world.

      @@AliBulks You can never know if they are interested or not if they want to postpone making a decision. If you know for sure something is the right thing for you to do, you don't need time to make a decision. "think about it" is a typical objection (or rather a smokescreen) that by avoiding to handle it, you're just leaving it to chance. Completely out of your control. Once somebody gets out of the call, emotions drop, some time passes, making such a decision becomes increasingly difficult.
      Not saying they're surely never coming back, but in vast majority of cases they are not. Depends on the situation. However, by not even trying to handle it, you are losing a ton of cash and unnecessarily losing control of the situation.
      Hope it makes sense :"D
