After multiple attempts to figure out what the hell was going on with my Camry, I pulled the fuses and had to use jump box, but then car started right up. Idled it for about 30 minutes, then drove it around a bit. Thanks for the tip. Worked like a charm.
Hola amigo saludos desde México.y ya no tendría problema el carro para arrancar ?mi problema es que perdí mi llave y el control solo cuento con un duplicado de la llave gracias por tu valiosa información.
Appreciate you Big Homie!!! Got this old Camry from a friend of mine and been trying to fix it and figure out why the battery keeps draining. Every time I have to jumpstart the car this God forsaken alarm goes off and honks all the way down the damn street! You’re right there’s no legit info on how to pull the fuses to end this online and honestly the diagram inside the fuse box isn’t very accurate (on my car at least) I really appreciate you taking the time to record and post this for the rest of us. Good looking out bro!! ✌🏼
Just did this for my 1994 4Runner and it worked thank you. I hit a big piece of wood that flew off a trailer on the highway once I stopped I couldn't restart it
Mines a 1996 Camry. I just wanted to thank you!!!! This video saved my ass. And your advice quickly ended what was a BAD situation.. for me.. and the whole neighborhood…. at 2am . Thanks again be well
I wouldn't remove an ECU fuse. Instead disconnect a connector to the security module which's usually taped upper left corner of brake pedal. That will start the car every time with no more alarm. The only downside of it is, you will not be able to power lock/unlock driver's door due to 12 Volt power going to the driver side door lock/unlock actuator being cut and rerouted via security system module when the system was installed. You can identify the wire and splice it if you want operational door lock/unlock on the driver side.
It says ECU-B. It's not the main computer. Obviously, the CAR WON'T START if you remove the ECU fuse. My car runs fine after doing this. Saved me a lot of effort to bypass a crappy aftermarket security system install.
i really hope this solves my issues. my alarm will go off when i unlock the car with the key 80% of the time. keep waking everyone up when i leave in my car at night >
I know the feeling. Try it and all so try to subscribe to the channel for me. It would really help this video get shown to more guys in our situation. Thanks again and let me know what happens
Ok I pulled the wire's out of the button and now my car won't start and the battery is good... what's stopping the car from starting now?? I removed the ecu fuse too...still won't start...the car door icon kept blinking and now it won't Start period..
Normally just disconnecting the fuse and pulling that specific wire under the dash works. I have did that to all three of my Camry’s and I never experience car not starting. When you turn the ignition you don’t here the starter at all?
Does anybody got any tips my 2001 Toyota camery le won’t start and on the bottom a light blinks and beeps I tried everything the last thing I’m going to do is cut the security from the batteryb

@@christoflood I have a 1997 and I have a spare key from Home Depot. I don’t know why you would have to change out the computer. So the lock smith said he can’t just change out the ignition switch?
It should if the fuses are the only thing wrong. My car always just had the loud alarm that drove me crazy. Once I disconnected the fuse that stopped. The lights would still flicker for a few seconds afterwards then it would start right up on my Toyota
I have 1997 Toyota Corolla. I’ve lost the motherboard remote and I can’t turn the key around to start the car. Please help me how to turn this security system off?
I have a 2003 Avalon with lost keys I called a locksmith that told me he would get it done $800 plus tax he was out there for 4 hours and came to a conclusion of my security light was not blinking so he couldn’t finish the reflash on the ECU so he says I need an electrician… I can’t find anyone to complete the job I need some advice 🙏💆🏾♂️😪😭👿
What do ya do after pulling out those fuses no alarm but the hazard lights flash and it locks car on u again how do u stop the hazard lights from flashing.
That’s a good question. I owned 7 Camry s and I never had the hazard light problem you are having. There is a button under the ignition, did you hit that to reset after you took out the fuses
this concerns turning off AND Re-setting to OFF the factory Alarm & Starting the Engine of a 1999 Camry LE after thinking (initiated by a Toyota dealer) that my problem was result of a Low Battery, the battery tested good. the battery was removed/un-hooked from both terminals) for as it turned out, over an hour) as I checked many fuses.(all were good) & after the hour) put battery back in . . . same problem alarm goes off., car will not start. So I sat in the car for a moment and after 30 seconds or so the alarm stopped & then I remembered someone said 1.(sit in the driver seat with door closed, and foot on Brake . . . 2 turn key to where the transmission is able to be put in the Neutral position, put it in Neutral . . . 3 push & HOLD the red alarm button (mounted in dash to left of steering wheel) and HOLD IN Depressed for 10-15 seconds. THEN the engine was then able to be started. after hours of trying EVERYTHING ELSE. I hope this will work for you. But in my case the alarm button was a definite factor. (which the glovebox manual did not mention) AT ALL) And the Alarm stayed off afterwards & did not re-activate. It WAS off previously and had not been an issue. But I think the car sitting 4 days where the night temperature got down to 15-20 F was a factor in play. Because nothing else had changed. Note (I had tried everything the glovebox manual said to try in order to solve my problem to no avail)
A friend just told me he accidentally hit the alarm button in his 1999 Toyota Camry, and now the key won't turn in the ignition and he can't start the car! What should he do??
Will this work if anti theft syst3m system won't let car start ir just for the alarm sound? 🤔 I need to start car, security keeps tripping. It's a 2004 Toyota csmry le
