Well said! Iran refused because of where help was coming from, Jews who are experts in Search and Rescue. Turkey accepted all the help and Aid from Israel same search and rescue teams in the last earthquake they just had, but only to turn and support the massacre on Oct 7th.
Actually its quite common for one country not to accept help as it may be perceived as a sign of weakness, especially if it's from a rival neighbor.
