@Peter P I am a butchers daughter. You always wash the meat you buy. You even can put it in a bowl with water and some apple cider vinegar. Not so long, the meat will get softer.
You don't know how many people touched the meat.
The good thing is you cook the meat, the heat will kill the germs. So I didn't worry about Joma. But I know for sure...he knows better

The stuff at the end reminded me of when I was invited to a birthday party for the first time in my life but that person intentially told me to come 2 hours later and when i came, the mom told me they were all waiting for me for too long so they gave up and went bowling somewhere. But in retrospect, maybe he didn't have the guts to tell me not to come :/

do remember my bachelor days, used to cook for the whole week in one go. then keep mixing it up for the week,
You made a nice chicken stock, but not a soup. Add salt, pepper and even some soy when you are cooking that and it would be exponentially better, keep in mind not to fully season the water at first since it will reduce while cooking and will taste way saltier... so when the soup is about to be finished, adjust seasonings and serve with rice

Dude, living in big cities for a long time is not worth doing. It effects financially and also health vice, it isn't a right choice. Move to small cities, save a ton of money, eat fresh chemical free home cooked food, stay away from pollution, grow vegetables and fruits by yourself, see quality of your life improve.
