Accent were one of the 1st with their excellent cover of 'Don't you tell me' when they were only 10-12 years old

Loved how she described shredding as a technique!
The bass player's parents were like, "This is a Maid's outfit, right?"

Thanks Ohrenje. It's a shame they disbanded. They did a great job on that and there was so much potential there. Great new series.

Yes, I remember seeing this cover video. It was very well done!
Too bad that they disbanded. Professional music career is an extremely difficult one to pursue.
I wish them the best for whatever career they choose.

I tumbled onto Accent with the B-M cover and was blown away by the talent on display, I do so hope these amazing young musicians can follow their musical dreams, they have so much to offer us and themselves. I wonder if there's a role model who did just that, a small pigeon comes immediately to mind 😄 That was wonderful thank you so much 👍🍻

Wow has it been that long already since Accent did their cover of "Don't You Tell Me". Which incidentally isn't my fave B-M song it's just the one i like more than all the rest....🤔 Hmm maybe it is my favourite then :)

Yay! I've been following these young ladies for quite some years now. They live streamed quite often. It's been great watching their talent improve constantly. It's a real shame they are no longer together as a band, but whatever they choose to do I wish them all the best. I hope they can continue with music, they are the next generation and the world needs them to carry the rock scene into the future. Best wishes ladies and thank you for the music.

I always admire musicians who cover popular bands. And it’s always very interesting to find out who they are in their lives. And now Ohrenje is releasing a video about such cover bands! Amazing!
And how sad it is that the first group that got into this series has already disbanded. Accént is an incredibly talented band. And very sweet. The video of Kanon playing all the instruments and singing is incredibly cute. And in general, all their videos are very cute. I'm thrilled that people as young as 9-10 years old can already play musical instruments so well! It seems to me that at that age I fought with bushes with a stick :)
The cover of "Don't You Tell Me" is great. The girls performed this song very beautifully. I checked Haru and Kanon's RUclips channels. And they have amazing music there!
I hope they do well in their careers.
Thanks to Ohrenje for being able to contact Accént and tell us a little about them! And thanks for the video!

Hi Ohrenje, this is the start of a great series! I really enjoyed this and I have a suggestion. You should do an interview with Yu Watanabe, the owner of Addictone guitars. Those were the guitars that Kanami was using before she switched to PRS. he has known her for many years and also gave her lessons in her early development period. I have spoken to him before and he is a very nice guy and his guitars are fantastic! it would be a great way to get even more background info on her and promote his excellent guitars which were very important in the early days of Band Maid's sound. 🎸As always, thanks again for an excellent presentation!

Great idea! I saw an advert not long back where he said the Kanami model Addictones were still available to order!

@@Davey-Boyd I personally think she should have stuck with those guitars because I also have a PRS and I find them to have absolutely no character they're very sterile sounding.

I have subscribed to Accent for many years and they did a livestream two weeks ago titled: Accent Headlining Concert "Sensenfukoku". To my great surprise Fumi (drums) was there and playing like she never left. I hope she's back to stay. They played their cover of Don't You Tell Me somewhere in the middle of the show. ruclips.net/video/ljKEROP1Uww/видео.html
