That seems like a lot of commitment for basic self-defense. Am I training for a UFC fight or some 90 lb drunk on a street corner? I'm not sure how I can fit that additional 8 hours of conditioning into my 10 hour a day work schedule.

10 hours is a lot, even if it's just a desk job. It'll wear you down. Id just do 30 minutes of technique stuff everyday. high intensity every few days, such as 1 minute rounds of going 100% to simulate a real-life situation where you need to explode for a short period.

I fr had that same question😂 there ain’t no way I can fit all of this with a work schedule that I have unless I’m in the actual UFC😂

Not every oponent on the street is 90lb drunk :) With 10h of work i think you can fit 30-45 minuts, 2-3 times a week. Having a good conditioning may be more useful that having a good technique alone, especially against stronger opponents.

Half the time of this video he talks about how great his team mates are. Don seems like a bonehead doing this.
