I feel like they might not want to do a real Ark because of the religious importance. Lego has gotten criticism before for having real life things in their sets. Idk tho
The opening scene from Temple of Doom is by far my favourite. Not sure why, it’s by no means the best scene from any of the movies, but it just has so much nostalgia. From Anything Goes to the giant gong rolling over the scene. The balloons, the dancers, the spinning table. There’s so much they could do with that scene! It might be unrealistic but it’s my #1 pick!!

The map room is 100% diorama material. However the issue with the temple from TLC is that it’s actually the Treasury of Petra which is a national landmark that would require permission if they used too much of the exterior.

Honestly they should do it it’s an iconic part of the last crusade. I think when it comes to making a scene like that it should be fine. Also considering the tank isn’t even a real German tank let alone a real one to begin with. Considering it’s a WWI British Mk V with a turret something never created in our world as far as I know.

It’s incredible how the vehicles from the truck chase are that downright perfect and accurate that you could just take the set and rerelease it at any given time. Those old Indiana Jones Sets are really great and a nice part of my childhood.
Another contender I would love to see is the scene from the last crusade where Indy and his father are taken hostage at that Bavarian castle. A little diorama with the fireplace or even better would be the blimp scene but that may be too ambitious
The brawl in Marion’s bar from the first movie would be awesome. Include major tought, Marion, Indy, some sherpas and a bar patron or two with some bottles, a fireplace, and the amulet
I really, *REALLY* hope that Lego Indiana Jones gets a whole new restart with a lot more sets in the same way Harry Potter did. Indiana Jones, as a theme, feels a lot more mature and gritty than most of the other licenses Lego has made sets of, and that's why I love it so much, so MAN do I hope they make more (and not squander this opportunity >:[ )...!

I wish Lego would do an Indiana Jones minifigure series. I feel like that’d be one of the only ways to get characters like the Grail Guardian (who I want so much as an official minifigure), performance Willie Scott, map room Indy, etc. without having to make full-on sets that might not adhere to Lego’s “standards.”
The train from Last Crusade would be my ideal set, but I'd also love a remake of the chase from the start of TOD, possibly with a set of Club Obi Wan. And the Last Crusade temple scene with the booby traps would be perfect (you'd have a blade, the steps with various letters, and then a trans clear bridge, before a chamber full of grail cups (you could have various gold Harry Potter style cups, with one small brown cup, and a Walter Donovan figure with a head that can be reversed with him turning into a zombie, plus the Grail Knight).

The 3 at the top of my list here are the Bridge scene at the end of Temple of Doom, the Temple of the Sun with all the trials & the array of cups at the end, & the idea with Jock’s plane & more Hovitos warriors would make such a great cheap set. The Temple of Doom Bridge Battle is definitely the one I want most though!
Honestly in my opinion, I think that the scene of the mines is awsome as a set because anyone that has seen the movies would know Indy saved those children from Mola Ram and reunited them with their parents too

It’s a given. Remember: the first wave of the Indiana Jones sets in 2007 was only four sets. When Crystal Skull released, that’s when they started releasing more of them. There will be more, don’t worry.
A Temple of the Grail set in the style of the new Temple of the Golden Idol. Each section designed for each of the three tests and then the grail chamber. And then all the minifigs you could get. Indy, Henry, Sallah, Brody, Donovan, Ilsa, the Grail Knight, maybe a couple foot soldiers or something. It would be so cool, and it blows my mind they have never made a set of that yet.

I agree on most of these, maybe the hanging bridge from the Temple of Doom and the Temple of the Sun from the Last Crusade more than the others. But I would LOVE to see a set depicting the tunnel to the Temple of Doom from Willie's bedroom - it could have tons of cool features like movable statues at the opening of the tunnel, the room with bugs and the room with falling ceiling with protruding spikes.
I want a reference to the Temple of the Forbidden Eye. Maybe an explorer ride vehicle. Maybe the ride vehicle and a small bit of Temple, maybe even with the giant snake.
I thought of a set idea for Crystal skull. I think the ant swarm scene could be a cool one. The minifigs would include Indie, spaiko, dovchenko, and Oxley. The set would include a large tree, a tent and jeep from the jungle campsite, and a Rocky terrain surrounded by ants and their nest. The nest functions as a trapdoor, showing a less gruesome image of dovchenko being dragged inside. If I had to price this set, I would price it among 40 or 50 dollars.

Opening the Ark could be a good small diorama. Major Toht and Colonel Dietrich could have double faces with a normal face and a face that looks like melting plastic (still looks melty, but stays pg). It could also have the angel thingy if Lego is willing. The quote would obviously be "keep your eyes shut!"
I'd love this too as a mini diorama. Shame they'd never make it. They did technically have two face with a melting face so suppose they could technically do it with some child friendly modifications.

The tank with Walter donavans car would be the one of the best ideas. you could get cornel vogal, Walter donavan Elsa Schneider, Marcus broody, salah, the Jones’s and the tank driver. Or swap Walter and Elsa for kazim and a member of the brotherhood of the cruciform sword.
I was disappointed that they are doing some just remakes for the new sets - I'd like to see maybe Lao Che's casino, the Grail Temple and if they need a vehicle then the big tank from TLC.

I would like to see scene from Lego Indiana Jones 2 woth Major Toht ( if I remember his mame correctly ) with Jones and Marion in her bar suit, and finally the medalion. Also, Cairo fight, opening ark ceremony eith Beloq in his priest outfit. Maybe the burning books ceremony from last cruisade, than Zepeline with Colonel Vogel in his black uniform, and tenk set with Vogel's desert uniform, with Henry and Marcus. Maybe a fight in Lao' club, than dinner scene from temple of doom, with all the spidersand snakes on the table. This is what I would add to your suggestions 👌🏻
I totally agree with the Circus Train (just a question of size since they go through/over several different train cars in the scene), updated Desert Chase (if it had the truck, army jeep, AND Mercedes staff car with Belloq, Toht, maybe Dietrich (unlikely) it would be my dream Indy set), Map Room diorama (might be too close to the Lost Tomb set to actually happen), Hangar 51 chase (great chance to get Mac), Grail Temple 18+ diorama (so many new/exclusive characters: Brody, LC Sallah, Brody, new Elsa outfit, Donovan, the Grail Knight - makes me want it so bad lol) and Minifigures series ideas. I also think that the Cairo Ambush, Motorcycle Chase, Shanghai Chase (with Lao Che of course), and Venice Boat Chase would be great playsets to update to have something more affordable and would probably sell well too. Two other ideas I'd love to see: -Battle on the Steel Beast (definitely a pipe dream - I doubt LEGO would release a tank in an actual playset, but otherwise it's the perfect action scene to make into a playset and has a great selection of characters we don't have yet like Colonel Vogel and Brody) -updated/new Jungle Chase (two cars (in the film it was three (two "Ducks" and a Jeep-like Russian car), but two would probably be more affordable for a playset) emphasizing the swordfight between Spalko and Mutt and finally giving us an Oxley figure)

I want the temple of doom to come back. But bigger and better this time. Not small like the set we saw. Like a $200 18+ set. Have the temple be all a bunch of section builds connected by a mine cart rail system that runs around to each and returns to a formal spot where the scene within the mines would start. Maybe like a front section, two behind it to the left and right, and a back section so the rail kind of goes in a circle. Front section would be the drop ceiling with the spikes Indy and co almost got crushed in. Rail goes from this section to both of the sections behind it. One other section could be the conveyer belt scene Indy fought the big guy on. This section could also be used as the formal entrance to the mine cart rail. Another section could be the altar Indy was placed on when he went into the black sleep surrounded by the candles. The final back section would be the Kali statue with the sankara stones, a drop cage to put Willie in and lower her down, pegs that slide to open the doors to the fire pit below, and then the pit full of flame pieces and a light brick feature. Also somewhere in the rail system, I figured any play would be someone moving the cart along the rails with their fingers, so maybe also have a gap somewhere in the rail to recreate the rail jump scene in the movie.
I really need to Commander Thot, Colonello Dietrich as Minifigures. And The Nazi Tank from The Last Crusader movie and the firsts scenes of the 4th movie where the USSR soldiers are disguised as American soldiers to just into the secret gouvernment warehouse as Lego Sets

I've played the LEGO game but I haven't seen the movies or bought the old sets. Even still I think that a minifigures series would be pretty neat and could work out really well on LEGO's part.

What I think they should do with Temple of Doom is make the bridge scene into an 18+ diorama, with the “prepare to meet Kali” quote and Mola Ram without his headdress. They could maybe even have those Indian soldiers and Captain Blumburtt, since they’d probably never make Pankot itself into a set. Either that, or maybe the diorama could be the tomb Indie and Short Round almost get crushed in. Yunno? The scene with all the bugs? Personally, the one I’d love to see most are the truck chase, Jock’s plane and Lao Che’s plane. With Lao Che’s plane, they could even add a side build to put the village shaman, Marhan, to reenact when the crew first meet him.

See the thing that sucks the most about lego controversy sets is that many of the people who complain about the sets never even buy lego and it makes people who are into buying lego miss out on many good sets and figures

Those are some great ideas! I'm so angry about the Temple of Doom getting cancelled. I really, really hope they release it later or Doom gets at least something. But my number one most wanted would have to be the Temple of the Crescent Moon done exactly like the new Raiders set.
I always wanted to see a set for the temple of doom mines when Indy fought the big guy. I even tried to make that set combining the conveyer belt system from the Toy Story 3 landfill set for the rock crusher along with part of the Lego Hobbit orc forge with the barrel and pully for the scene when short round went on the water carrier. I also used other black and brown pieces and even tried to make the pully system that pulled Indy out of the rock crusher using the claw rope from the toy story 3 set.
I’d love to see a set for the Pankot palace. In my vision, I could see the banquet hall, two bedrooms, and possibly the secret passage with the spike room. Minifigures I would want in the set are Indy, Willie, Short Round, Chatter Lal, Captain Blumburtt, two guards, and the assassin.

Pankott Palace would be great as well. But they should include the secret passages and the spike room below. Just like the Harry Potter Chamber of secrets set had Hogwarts halls and rooms above the chamber.
I disagree with you about temple of Akator, to me it looks awesome. It's just pity I couldn't afford it. I do agree with you on spot 2. Almost every single set of Last Crusade is military vehicles. Only Venice set was something else. We need that temple with Knight and Grail.
Idk if they could do this, could be licensing problems, but I wish they would/could pick from scenes from the Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb game. That is one of my all time favorite games and I wish they had made it into a movie 😕

Another contender I would love to see is the scene from the last crusade where Indy and his father are taken hostage at that Bavarian castle. A little diorama with the fireplace or even better would be the blimp scene but that may be too ambitious
The brawl in Marion’s bar from the first movie would be awesome. Include major tought, Marion, Indy, some sherpas and a bar patron or two with some bottles, a fireplace, and the amulet
I really, *REALLY* hope that Lego Indiana Jones gets a whole new restart with a lot more sets in the same way Harry Potter did. Indiana Jones, as a theme, feels a lot more mature and gritty than most of the other licenses Lego has made sets of, and that's why I love it so much, so MAN do I hope they make more (and not squander this opportunity >:[ )...!
My most wanted would be:
-Remake of the truck chase with the ark in the back
-The tank chase scene from Last Crusade
-The holy grail and the three trials with the Templar Knight as a minifig
-a set based on the “Nuketown” scene in Crystal Skull
-A set based on the ending of Raiders of the lost ark, complete with Belloc, Major tohnt and ghosts
-A set based on the bug room/spike trap room in Temple of Doom
I wish Lego would do an Indiana Jones minifigure series. I feel like that’d be one of the only ways to get characters like the Grail Guardian (who I want so much as an official minifigure), performance Willie Scott, map room Indy, etc. without having to make full-on sets that might not adhere to Lego’s “standards.”
The train from Last Crusade would be my ideal set, but I'd also love a remake of the chase from the start of TOD, possibly with a set of Club Obi Wan. And the Last Crusade temple scene with the booby traps would be perfect (you'd have a blade, the steps with various letters, and then a trans clear bridge, before a chamber full of grail cups (you could have various gold Harry Potter style cups, with one small brown cup, and a Walter Donovan figure with a head that can be reversed with him turning into a zombie, plus the Grail Knight).
I would absolutely love a Jungle Cutter from Crystal Skull. Only because I loved the car boat, lmao

The 3 at the top of my list here are the Bridge scene at the end of Temple of Doom, the Temple of the Sun with all the trials & the array of cups at the end, & the idea with Jock’s plane & more Hovitos warriors would make such a great cheap set. The Temple of Doom Bridge Battle is definitely the one I want most though!
Honestly in my opinion, I think that the scene of the mines is awsome as a set because anyone that has seen the movies would know Indy saved those children from Mola Ram and reunited them with their parents too

It’s a given. Remember: the first wave of the Indiana Jones sets in 2007 was only four sets. When Crystal Skull released, that’s when they started releasing more of them. There will be more, don’t worry.
A Temple of the Grail set in the style of the new Temple of the Golden Idol. Each section designed for each of the three tests and then the grail chamber. And then all the minifigs you could get. Indy, Henry, Sallah, Brody, Donovan, Ilsa, the Grail Knight, maybe a couple foot soldiers or something. It would be so cool, and it blows my mind they have never made a set of that yet.
I don't actually have any Indiana Jones sets so I'm hoping that Lego after they've released the ones they recently made They need to make an arc truck chase with more German soldiers and maybe another car or a motorcycle that would make it much cooler and the actual arc

NEW Indy figs we need (not ones already done): Young Indy, Fedora, Grail Knight, Donovan, nazi officer (Vogel?)from Last Crusade, Belloq (Ark ritual outfit), Indy adult blue suit/grey fedora, Angel/demon figs from Raiders ending, Map Room Indy, Marion bar outfit and of course we can't leave out Marcus Brody and Toht figures. Oh, and Elsa in formal outfit.
I agree on most of these, maybe the hanging bridge from the Temple of Doom and the Temple of the Sun from the Last Crusade more than the others. But I would LOVE to see a set depicting the tunnel to the Temple of Doom from Willie's bedroom - it could have tons of cool features like movable statues at the opening of the tunnel, the room with bugs and the room with falling ceiling with protruding spikes.
I will be glad to see sets fight in tavern, ant fight , opening of ark ,and maybe some sets about comics or games about Indy
I want a reference to the Temple of the Forbidden Eye. Maybe an explorer ride vehicle. Maybe the ride vehicle and a small bit of Temple, maybe even with the giant snake.
The two sets that I want to be remade are “Jungle Duel” and “Chauchilla Cemetery Battle”.
I thought of a set idea for Crystal skull. I think the ant swarm scene could be a cool one. The minifigs would include Indie, spaiko, dovchenko, and Oxley. The set would include a large tree, a tent and jeep from the jungle campsite, and a Rocky terrain surrounded by ants and their nest. The nest functions as a trapdoor, showing a less gruesome image of dovchenko being dragged inside. If I had to price this set, I would price it among 40 or 50 dollars.

Opening the Ark could be a good small diorama. Major Toht and Colonel Dietrich could have double faces with a normal face and a face that looks like melting plastic (still looks melty, but stays pg). It could also have the angel thingy if Lego is willing. The quote would obviously be "keep your eyes shut!"

The tank with Walter donavans car would be the one of the best ideas. you could get cornel vogal, Walter donavan Elsa Schneider, Marcus broody, salah, the Jones’s and the tank driver. Or swap Walter and Elsa for kazim and a member of the brotherhood of the cruciform sword.

I was disappointed that they are doing some just remakes for the new sets - I'd like to see maybe Lao Che's casino, the Grail Temple and if they need a vehicle then the big tank from TLC.

I would like to see scene from Lego Indiana Jones 2 woth Major Toht ( if I remember his mame correctly ) with Jones and Marion in her bar suit, and finally the medalion. Also, Cairo fight, opening ark ceremony eith Beloq in his priest outfit. Maybe the burning books ceremony from last cruisade, than Zepeline with Colonel Vogel in his black uniform, and tenk set with Vogel's desert uniform, with Henry and Marcus. Maybe a fight in Lao' club, than dinner scene from temple of doom, with all the spidersand snakes on the table. This is what I would add to your suggestions 👌🏻
I totally agree with the Circus Train (just a question of size since they go through/over several different train cars in the scene), updated Desert Chase (if it had the truck, army jeep, AND Mercedes staff car with Belloq, Toht, maybe Dietrich (unlikely) it would be my dream Indy set), Map Room diorama (might be too close to the Lost Tomb set to actually happen), Hangar 51 chase (great chance to get Mac), Grail Temple 18+ diorama (so many new/exclusive characters: Brody, LC Sallah, Brody, new Elsa outfit, Donovan, the Grail Knight - makes me want it so bad lol) and Minifigures series ideas.
I also think that the Cairo Ambush, Motorcycle Chase, Shanghai Chase (with Lao Che of course), and Venice Boat Chase would be great playsets to update to have something more affordable and would probably sell well too.
Two other ideas I'd love to see:
-Battle on the Steel Beast (definitely a pipe dream - I doubt LEGO would release a tank in an actual playset, but otherwise it's the perfect action scene to make into a playset and has a great selection of characters we don't have yet like Colonel Vogel and Brody)
-updated/new Jungle Chase (two cars (in the film it was three (two "Ducks" and a Jeep-like Russian car), but two would probably be more affordable for a playset) emphasizing the swordfight between Spalko and Mutt and finally giving us an Oxley figure)
Gonna throw in a couple ideas for a what-if Minifigures series while I'm at it. Leaving off some potential figures like Young Indy, Sallah's LC outfit, Brody, Lao Che, or Donovan that would work great for a series, but would also fit well in other sets and lose their exclusivity.

I want the temple of doom to come back. But bigger and better this time. Not small like the set we saw. Like a $200 18+ set. Have the temple be all a bunch of section builds connected by a mine cart rail system that runs around to each and returns to a formal spot where the scene within the mines would start. Maybe like a front section, two behind it to the left and right, and a back section so the rail kind of goes in a circle. Front section would be the drop ceiling with the spikes Indy and co almost got crushed in. Rail goes from this section to both of the sections behind it. One other section could be the conveyer belt scene Indy fought the big guy on. This section could also be used as the formal entrance to the mine cart rail. Another section could be the altar Indy was placed on when he went into the black sleep surrounded by the candles. The final back section would be the Kali statue with the sankara stones, a drop cage to put Willie in and lower her down, pegs that slide to open the doors to the fire pit below, and then the pit full of flame pieces and a light brick feature. Also somewhere in the rail system, I figured any play would be someone moving the cart along the rails with their fingers, so maybe also have a gap somewhere in the rail to recreate the rail jump scene in the movie.
I really need to Commander Thot, Colonello Dietrich as Minifigures. And The Nazi Tank from The Last Crusader movie and the firsts scenes of the 4th movie where the USSR soldiers are disguised as American soldiers to just into the secret gouvernment warehouse as Lego Sets

I've played the LEGO game but I haven't seen the movies or bought the old sets. Even still I think that a minifigures series would be pretty neat and could work out really well on LEGO's part.

What I think they should do with Temple of Doom is make the bridge scene into an 18+ diorama, with the “prepare to meet Kali” quote and Mola Ram without his headdress. They could maybe even have those Indian soldiers and Captain Blumburtt, since they’d probably never make Pankot itself into a set. Either that, or maybe the diorama could be the tomb Indie and Short Round almost get crushed in. Yunno? The scene with all the bugs?
Personally, the one I’d love to see most are the truck chase, Jock’s plane and Lao Che’s plane. With Lao Che’s plane, they could even add a side build to put the village shaman, Marhan, to reenact when the crew first meet him.

See the thing that sucks the most about lego controversy sets is that many of the people who complain about the sets never even buy lego and it makes people who are into buying lego miss out on many good sets and figures

I always wanted to see a set for the temple of doom mines when Indy fought the big guy. I even tried to make that set combining the conveyer belt system from the Toy Story 3 landfill set for the rock crusher along with part of the Lego Hobbit orc forge with the barrel and pully for the scene when short round went on the water carrier. I also used other black and brown pieces and even tried to make the pully system that pulled Indy out of the rock crusher using the claw rope from the toy story 3 set.
You got to do Last Crusade at the end of movie where he goes through the tests with all the traps. That would be the Holy grail if you will 😅
I’d love to see a set for the Pankot palace. In my vision, I could see the banquet hall, two bedrooms, and possibly the secret passage with the spike room. Minifigures I would want in the set are Indy, Willie, Short Round, Chatter Lal, Captain Blumburtt, two guards, and the assassin.
For an Indy CMF (assuming the obvious sets were already made/in production), these are some figs I'd expect to see as they're too obscure, religious, or far removed from an action scene to fit into an official set:

I do agree with you on spot 2. Almost every single set of Last Crusade is military vehicles. Only Venice set was something else. We need that temple with Knight and Grail.
Idk if they could do this, could be licensing problems, but I wish they would/could pick from scenes from the Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb game. That is one of my all time favorite games and I wish they had made it into a movie 😕
