    Hi, thank you so much for developing this great software, which is great to use.
    I used it in a lot of scenarios, but I also ran into some problems,
    For example, when I use a brush to paint a watercolor effect, I need to simulate that smudge effect, and use the pressure to control the brush to achieve the smudge mix of the front and back scenery.
    I know brushes have a "blend paint" function, but that's not a flexible way to change the color, every time you want to change the color mix, you need to reset and save the brush, if you can modify the front and back scenery to achieve such a two-color smudge brush, that would be a great boost.
    My English is not very good, but I think you can understand what I mean.Thank you again for your service

    Really helpful. I can tinker with settings to get a basic understanding, but seeing it in demonstration takes a lot of the guesswork out. Would be interested to see additional videos to explore the less traveled options as well! 👍👍

    Awesome, please do something with the Mixer brush. Eyedropping a pattern for the mixer brush doesn't work in the latest version.
    Could you please make the mixer brush eyedropper sampling like with the regular brush tool? Like "press on the screen and tap to pick the colors". It's the only thing that keeps me from stopping using Photoshop more:)

    This is a very powerful app but the documentation is virtually non existent, which is quite a pity. I was hoping this video could explain what each option means / does under the hood, but most of the time it just says ‘this is option xxx that gives you a lot of varieties, look when I set it to low how the results are different’. Maybe it’s obvious for people who already know what those option mean, but for me I only see they are different but not ‘how’ they are different. This is no better than just having myself try out different options blindly. For example, after watching this video, I still don’t understand what ‘squeeze’ does to your brush stamp. And I don’t really get what exactly does it mean by having one brush tip on top of other either. Hope the documentation of this app could be improved in the future.

    Is it possible to use the Aux Stamp to create an "outline" brush ? The idea is to make a smaller stroke on top of a bigger stroke and set the blend mode to difference so that the middle part gets erased

    Loving paint studio pro. My only issue is that the imported brushes don't work well as wet brushes. Have played around with the settings & haven't been able to get it right. Would really appreciate a tutorial on making imported brushes work the same way as inbuilt wet brushes.

    How can I add own images to the stamps group? I’ve copied the an image within Artstudio pro but I always get a square white colored background. How can I add them?

    • @thisismb784
      @thisismb784 3 года назад +2

      Hi... You should be able to do this if you create the image you want to use as a stamp. (I always use white on black or black on white because then I can choose the color for the image as I'm stamping it.) Be sure you are in the brush group you want to be in, and click File --> Add Preset --> Add Brush. When you select this brush, you should then be able to tap your screen and stamp the image in various sizes and colors. Hope this helps - I found it kind of frustrating figuring out the brush feature back in the day. (Not sure what File --> Add Preset --> Add Brush Stamp does... or how it is different from adding a brush?)

    How do you import different brush images for the stamp, I can’t seem to do it

    • @LuckyClan
      @LuckyClan  3 года назад +3

      You can copy image to clipboard (it should be black shape on white bakcground), then tap "+" in Stamps panel and choose "Paste Image From Clipbaord". Another method is choosing File > Add Preset > Add Brush Stamp

    Is there a way to adjust brush hardness like in PS ?

    • @thisismb784
      @thisismb784 3 года назад +2

      After you choose your brush, click the 3 dots (...) at the bottom of the size/opacity/flow toolbar on the left margin. There is an on/off for hard edges. This is the mode I most often use. I am hoping there's a way to make this default to stay on all the time? Have written into LuckyClan about this.

    Hi! I appreciate your art studio app, it’s amazing! :) I was wondering if there is a short key for ctrl + shift + alt + e (copy shown layers and paste on a new layer) in this app too.
    I was looking for this for a while! I will be so happy if you can help me out, thank you!

    • @LuckyClan

      There is no such shortcut, but you can do it in two steps: 1) Edit > Copy Merged 2) Edit > Paste

      Can I ask one more question? Sorry to bother you, but all of a sudden, changing the color by picking the color from the hue cube doesn’t work.
      I can change the color by only sliding it. It won’t change the color when I pick one location on the cube. It just slides from the original location.
      Color picker works fine by the way.

    • @LuckyClan
      @LuckyClan  3 года назад +1

      @@applek.8191 It depends on this switch: Preferences > Interface > Snappable Sliders, you probably turned it off. It was working for normal sliders before, now it is working also with color sliders/wheel/square

    A question: if the pattern is colored (has colored texture), is there a way to implement the color to the brush? I'd love to use some .pat files, but they all use default brush color. Thanks!

    Hey, i have a question. What is that small icon with arrow down, under „flow” slider? It’s appear when using wet paint, and I have no idea how to use it:D

    • @LuckyClan
      @LuckyClan  3 года назад +3

      It loads canvas content at touched location to brush. To make it work you have to disable "Auto Clean Brush" in Brush Editor > Wetness. Otherwise it will always load canvas to brush when stroke is begun.
