Connecting Bernafon Hearing Aids to Android Smartphone using EasyControl-A App

Download “Bernafon EasyControl-A” app from Google Play Store (if applicable).
Minimum requirements: Android 8.0 or higher
Enter Settings (“gear” icon) - Connected Devices (Bluetooth)
Turn Bluetooth on
Click on “Bluetooth” to see list of paired devices
Click on “gear” icon to right of name of all hearing aid(s), then click “Forget” for each one. (if applicable)
Open Bernafon EasyControl-A app. Turn off and on hearing aid(s) you intend to use with your phone. Allow app to update hearing aid information.
Verify that the volume control is working. You should hear an audible signal.
