And just carry some clothes for the current season and the first days of the next one! Also do not carry body sprays or too much colognes !

Clear expectations before leaving, having a set time to talk each day or week so you don’t have to worry about constantly updating the other person during crazy schedules and time zones, and trusting that there is an end to the long distance and you’ll be reunited soon!!! It was really sad at times but ultimately made our relationship stronger.
You're right, some things you cannot find in France and vice versa. I bought a simple cleanser and moisturizer for sensitive skin when I got there, and then shampoo/conditioner/body wash didn't matter to me too much if it was different. I bought my toiletries like that at the grocery store!
