Since their playoff defense is always horrific regardless of how successful they were in the regular season, I think they should just go all in on offense. Spend the entire salary cap on offensive talent and try to outscore everyone

@@Johenz In the last 5 years, there have been 8 postseason offensive performances in which they’ve only been stopped (punted or turned the ball over) 2 times or less over the course of an entire playoff game. All 8 games resulted in a win for the offense. Also, 4 of those games were against the Bills. For reference, the Chiefs (an actual good team) have never had a postseason defensive performance of less than 4 stops with Mahomes at QB. This Buffalo defense sucks and falls apart like wet tissue paper when they’re against a halfway decent offense. They always put up good stats against bad teams in the regular season to give the illusion that they’re a top defense, but in reality they’ve been one of the worst defenses in the NFL in the moments they need to be good. It’s pretty clear at this point that McDermott’s system doesn’t work. He should be fired but I don’t think they’ll do it any time soon because he’s still good at other things and the owners still like him.

This loss didn’t hurt as bad as the 13 seconds only because with how badly our defense was banged up there’s no way we were beating Baltimore with no defense lol
That's a good way to look at it. Sometimes you don't wanna see your team move on just to get embarrassed in the next round. Yea you can say but they won a certain number of playoff games but still
In all honesty we all want to see two of the most dominant team from each division duke it out for a chip. Buffalo now has the opportunity to make changes and hopefully come back a better team next post season 💪🏾 if I had to guess this year superbowl. I think it’s ravens Niners. Chiefs or lions don’t have enough to get it done.
Precisely. There was NO way the Bills defense could stay upright against the Ravens. And absolutely wouldn’t stand a chance in the SB.
But we showed so much promise in other areas that this loss doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as 2021 season.

They were a rising team that got thru the playoffs thru field goal miracles which is the reason I was sure bengals weren’t going to have enough to take bills out in their house being a ticket a way from punching a superbowl appearance

Spend the money, huh? Well, Josh alone will be a $50 million hit… he’s gonna have to take a pay cut. Also not 100% sure you keep all the large pieces to this puzzle together. Do you think Diggs is staying? there’s a lot of moving parts and I don’t know if they can keep the team together. Losing hertz, but consistently losing when you’re so close is really bad and it takes a toll on people who normally aren’t used to losing

@@DatDude923Allen is arguably the regular season NFL MVP this year. Had the best overall stats and it's not really that close. Went 7td 0 turnovers in the playoffs afterwards and is now getting smeared for it on ESPN by paid assassins like Nick Wright. Curse his name. At the very worst Allen is the 2nd best QB in the NFL yet he is the 10th highest paid. I think you need to come down to reality and stop watching mainstream sports media talking points and believing them, perhaps.
You don’t want to see his talent wasted? Trade him to one of the darling franchises in the NFL and they will give him the push he needs. This is all a business my guy.
About the only play Allen would take back was that missed chuck to Shakir with two minutes left in the 4th quarter when Diggs was wide open for a first down. Can slow the game down from that point on.
They totally messed up after the 2 min warning they could have gotten closer drained the clock and scored a td or field goal as time expired. If they had scored a td on those two passes Mahomes would have had too much time to respond poor game plan after a masterful game plan all game
Yea or just run Allen with that extra lineman play they were doing in the first half. 1st and 2nd down you’ll get at least 2-3 yards on each play and eat the clock

Bills are already 44m over the cap already for next season with 43 players signed. They're going to have to restructure Allen's deal trade away Diggs for peanuts, just to get under the cap. That doesn't include resigning free agents and signing draft picks

I am convinced it’s scripted for the Bills to lose and never win a Super Bowl because it’s entertainment and loyal fans will continue to buy tickets for the chance to see their team succeed…consistent revenue for the NFL…this is my opinion and it helps me sleep at night

@@KcGambit816 people overestimate Diggs all the time, I’m a Minnesota resident so I know how good Diggs is and I’ve watched him since he started. That said he’s never been anywhere near a top 10 receiving threat. Kelce is the 2nd greatest TE of all time that all alone adds significant depth to the Chiefs. Bills have a cohesive unit that plays hard but alone they aren’t exactly pro bowl level players except for maybe Milano (who was hurt) or Hyde, defense alone the chiefs have about 4 top 5 positional players.
The Chiefs are a better team of course but the point here is to hush those who undervalue Josh Allen, the man puts the whole team on his back and accounted for the majority of the offensive yardage on both sides.
My thoughts is find a good OC. Keep the lines coach and replace the recievers coach.
And get a DC. It's fine for thr Head coach to be involved with the defence but he is head of the entire team so he should find someone to direct the defence.
Id say we keep Joe Brady honestly
1.) Defense needs a lot of help especially the pass defense 2.) get rid of Diggs 3.) straighten out the kicking game 4.) let's get a pass rush going please 5.) lastly you may want to look at the coaching. Other than that all is well!

3 all pros on D missing all season.... Miller, White, Milano, Bernard, Benford missing against the Chiefs.... Their backups Douglas, Spector, Dodson, missing or playing hurt against the Chiefs, Dime safety missing against the Chiefs.... I'm surprised they held them to 27 points

Josh Allen is a great dude and a great player, best overall QB I've seen play and I've been following football for 40 years. People pointing at lack of a superbowl and ints, miss the fact he carries a team that without him wins 3 or 4 games, and when you lead the team in rushing, passing and scoring, you're having to force plays to get your team wins which leads to more turnovers. They just lost to the defending champs that might repeat by 3 points due to a missed makeable fg. The just need to give Allen better receivers. If they had a top tier receiver in the chiefs game they win that game, despite the defense being crippled by injuries. Get at least one top tier receiver and get less unlucky with injuries and this is a super bowl team.
Josh isn't a problem. It takes great players great coaching and good luck believe the bills are as good as any team in the league

Sign Mike Evans in the offseason to go across from Diggs, trade up to draft another young WR prospect. Move Shakir to the slot for his permanent role, then sign a veteran LB and draft another young LB, after this season we need to be deep in that position and never be put in the position of having all backup LBs ever again, and if it does happen. We have decent backups to fill in and don't have to call in retired players.

They always have? They’ve been the top or near the top for the last 5 years. They had 4th string players playing in numerous positions. Bills have a really weak corps of receivers. Diggs and shakir can stay, they rest all need replaced with bigger faster players . Otherwise they are in pretty good shape for next year

They've HAD great defenses and special teams up until the 2nd half of this year for 4 straight seasons, they squandered it. Allen cost next to nothing for a few years which is what allowed them to sign so many defenders and guys like Diggs. But those defenders are all old as dirt now and overpaid, and injury liabilities. It's an uphill climb for them now unless they kill it in a couple of drafts

Bill Belichick is obsessed with Allen and, if he’s not old and washed and has some magic left in the tank… I say dump brain-fart McDermott and get Bill in here. Then we need another receiver, and worst of all an entire defense because dudes are old or won’t be able to come back the same as they were before those injuries.
Or course, none of this will happen, the window will close and after dutifully putting in a couple more seasons, Allen will go elsewhere and play in a Super Bowl for another team. Win one? Not sure, but definitely will lead another team to an appearance.

26/39 186 yds. 16 passes behind the line of scrimmage. He fumbled and got bailed out by a teammate. He almost threw at least two picks that were dropped by Chiefs defenders. But yeah he was "great".😐🙄
The chiefs also only ran 47 offensive plays 3 of which were kneeldowns. Bills ran 78 they had way more opportunities.

You realize the Bills were so decimated by injuries on defense that they were playing 2nd and 3rd stringers? They were missing several pro-bowlers. They don't use that as an excuse, but you cannot ignore the difference that makes. And still, even with their D compromised like that, their WORST loss of the season was by only 6 points. No team in the league played every game that close. When their D is healthy, they are #1 in the league.

It's time to question his physical longevity too. He's only 27 but puts his body through a lot with his play style. The older he gets certain injuries he could shake off when he was younger will start to linger. He's already had shoulder and knee injuries which is bad for a player of his caliber

They basically have to they're 44m over the cap for next season and he's 26m of it. If they wanted to trade him they'd probably have to trade draft picks I'd they want the destination team to take his whole cap hit. His stock is not very high.
